Hi, on our first order last night the driver never delivered our food. They had a passanger and denied to deliver it. That problem was addressed, we got credited on the app and got a different order. Today on our third attempt, the order canceled because it was ‘too busy’ and we were told we’d be refunded. The issue is we won’t have the refund for at least a week. We are out $**.** and that being *** of our food budget for the next * days, that is a problem. We are incredibly disappointed and dissatisfied with the doordash service and would like our order to be credited as well as refunded. Over the course of ** hours all this has occurred which is frankly unacceptable and without the credit we will no longer be using doordash.
