My bank account on DoorDash was hacked last week. I discovered it when I looked up what was going to be transferred this upcoming Monday, and changed the profile information back to the correct direct deposit account. I sent a ticket to DoorDash informing them of this and received a reply that everything looked good. However, I did not receive my deposit this week. I put in another ticket, and received an email saying that a deposit was attempted and denied. I was also asked to provide a copy of my CA driver's license. However, I couldn't because the email address doesn't accept reply emails. So I'm in an email loop **** and can't get to a real person to get out of it!
GetHuman781835 did not yet indicate what DoorDash should do to make this right.
