I've gone thru the process online to report a problem (ruined pizza), sent in information including pictures like the one attached, and called customer service but not once has any of that information been used to at the very least give me money back. So I'm emailing this address as a second to last opportunity to make this right. I only eat Domino's pizza, nothing else. Even if someone else paid for papa John's, I wouldnt eat it. In high school I actually worked at a local location. What I'm saying is that my favorite pizza is by far domino's. However you're customer service seems to lack any motivation to fix issues from customers like me, and it's just as important to have good customer service as it is a reflection of the product or brand. I work about ** minutes from home but drive right by the location at the intersection of custer and **th street in plano texas. So I ordered my normal pizza and picked it up. ** minutes later I get home, starving I go to grab a piece and this happened *see pictures*. The whole pizza fell apart. What a waste of money...and now, time as well. I couldn't take it back to the store because it's a long drive, it was late, I just got off work and was tired and hungry etc. I called the store and they told me to go thru the process online. Why would anyone address an internal problem that way. This will be my final attempt to give you an opportunity to make this right and not lose a customer due to the fact that your customer service is less than par. At the VERY least you would give me my money back, and I would never place an order from you again. In a satisfactory world i would be refunded my money and * or receive coupons for future pizzas as well as an apology for the time I've wasted because I got a terrible pizza and have gone through so much BS trying to get you to make things right. All of my information on the order should be in the attachment of a picture of the label. The other is a picture of the haggard pizza I got.
