I was recently abruptly fired from the dominos located in arkadelphia arkansas. Here I am a full time student and athlete so it really put me in a tough position . I am just hurt because of the fact that i did nothing wrong . In this situation i was repeatedly discriminated against and treated unfairly . To make matters even more out of hand a lot of the employees at this dominos are family members or close friends making it very difficult to establish yourself there . On top of the discomfort I still came to work when I was scheduled and always have done my job to the best ability. On the situation at hand a lady that was not even a customer had cursed me out as I was on a delivery across from her house then preceded to call up to dominos and complain and even told several lies about me . I was not allowed to explain myself or even given the opportunity to speak fully on the situation. Instead, I was fired immediately with no questions asked . I just see this as extremely unfair, this was the first time I’ve ever got in any trouble at the job as well and I just find it very strange how she fired me so suddenly and could not even give me a liable explanation as to why. I do not want to cause any problems but it is not fair in my eyes and I would like to talk to someone who can change the way the business is previewed down here because I was honestly devastated .
