First of all, I'm a frequent customer and usually really like your products. I have never had any problem with any of your store employees or the delivery drivers. They have all been extremely nice and almost always my food is delivered fast and hot. (Only once did it take around ** minutes and was lukewarm).* ** We've ordered the Chicken carbonara a lot, (which usually I love and is very delicious) but several times I would get a bunch of chunks of pure fat mixed in the bacon. I would literally gag and would get so grossed out that I couldn't finish it. Only one time, out of all the many times we've ordered it, was there a noticeable difference in portion size. One of them was at least a *** less than the other one. We just passed that off as an anomaly. ).* ** I have always LOVED Philly cheese steak my whole life. It is one of my very favorite sandwiches! I have ordered both the sandwich and the pizza from you. Although the flavor was good, Both were disappointing. The sandwich was the skimpiest of all the Philly's that I've ever had in my whole life, and I'm ** yrs old! The onions and peppers were diced. They were way too small, were soggy, and mushy as if they had previously been frozen. I also was unable to add mushrooms on it, or add anything on any of your sandwiches for that matter. The Philly pizza was skimpy too. It had sometimes *, and other times *, very small pieces of the shaved meat on each slice. There might have been a few slices that had more, but was rare. The pizza, like the sandwich, had soggy, mushy, very tiny diced peppers and onions. I did end up ordering them once more though, due to visiting family wanted to try. So, when I ordered again, I ordered extra meat. There sure didn't seem to be much, if any, extra meat. MAYBE there was a tiny bit more meat, but certainly not very much! * I've never complained about any of these things, but I will never order the Philly anything again, and I seldom buy the pasta anymore. My husband and I do like the Italian sandwich. even though it also is skimpy. My husband usually has to eat some of whatever I ordered for me, for him to get satiated. ( In comparison, he gets full from just * Whopper)* ** By far though, the last time I ordered pizza was the absolute worst. I ordered multiple XL pizzas due to having * children, * teens, and * adults. * of the adults were vegetarian. I had another adult that prefers vegetarian pizza, but will eat pizza with meat. All the other adults prefer pizza with everything on it, but will eat any kind. All the kids like either pepperoni or cheese. The pizza's arrived less than hot and if I recall correctly was the time it took so long to get. I could be mistaken though, I don't want to tell you something that's not the truth. All I really remember is that We were all so hungry by the time the food arrived. After they arrived, we discovered that both the extravaganza and the vegetarian pizzas were missing multiple items. The extravaganza that I had customized by swapping some of the toppings, had no Italian sausage and no bacon and the red peppers were a good size, but they were just as mushy as the onions and peppers on the philly. I am pretty sure it had onions on it, but if did, they obviously had no texture and I don't remember tasting them. The vegetarian pizza was missing vegetables. The vegetarians said they had NEVER seen a vegetarian pizza with almost no vegetables on it. I personally don't know what all was missing. EVERYONE, except the kids, were extremely disappointed in the specialty pizzas. I was SO EMBARRASSED! I commented on the tracker screen regarding the pizzas and I received an automated offer of a medium size * topping pizza, or some percentage off of my next order. ( I think) Regardless, Neither of the options were satisfactory to me so I refused them. No one ever followed up with me. * This was the biggest, most expensive order * tip that I've ever made, and it was the most disappointing.
