I was a recent employee at dominos in Moberly MO, i quit on dec ** due to sexual harassment by Danny Timm store manager, ive reqched ut by email to franchise owner Kristie but have had no response or return call, i am also owed **$ from my last pay which i have addressed several times before i left the company and still have not been paid. My concern is why has no one bothered to call or return my email in regards to the sexual harassment that took place ? I want to give your company to opportunity to handle this but with no contact or anything I will have to move forward seeking outside help such as an attorney if thats what needs to happen. Ive been in hold for ** ninutes waiting for a customer service rep and have not moved up in the que. Im upset I had to quit my job i needed that job but the store manager just made it uncomfortable to work with him and he was aware of my recent situation as a rape victim and knew i needed days off in January **** for trial out of state yet he still continued with his disgusting sexual comments after he was told to stop on several occasions. Finally it got to the point i didnt want to be there any longer. And as i suspected nothing is being done to correct the situation as to protect other employees in the future as he is still employed!? Im confused because your policy states a zero tolerance for such conduct but i do not see how its in compliance with the law to do nothing.
