I have always enjoyed the delicious pizza from your Rantoul, Illinois location. However, there was a significant change on December 20th around 7:15 PM. I ordered a large pizza and 8 wings for pick-up at the drive-thru. When I arrived, the location was chaotic and it took 25 minutes to receive a cold pizza and no wings because they were out of wings. The pizza was poorly prepared with sparse ingredients unevenly spread, with some slices having only cheese. My husband was so disappointed that he threw it away. The overall experience was disappointing compared to the great pizzas we have been enjoying for the past 6 months. I did not bother to call the location due to the confusion. I hope someone can address this issue as I used to rave about your pizzas being the best in Rantoul, but this experience has left me reconsidering.

I frequently order from the ROXBOROUGH RIDGE AVENUE location in Philadelphia, PA. Today, when I placed my order, the person who took it called me back and said I'm not in their delivery area. There is another Domino's on RIDGE AVENUE, which is 3.7 miles away, and one in CONSHOHOCKEN on RIDGE PIKE, located 3.8 miles away. The store in CONSHOHOCKEN told me I am not in their area either. I usually order from work or pick it up. It's disappointing that both stores, especially the one on RIDGE AVENUE in ROXBOROUGH, have suddenly said I'm out of their delivery zone. I used to enjoy their pizza. It's surprising that they can't deliver since I've ordered from them before. If I don't hear back, I may have to switch to PAPA JOHN'S. I might also inform my baseball team, and my aunt who orders for her workplace and kids will be surprised too.

The manager at Dominos in BirdBay Plaza, Ice Florida, refused to honor the offer of any crust 3 item pizza for $7.99 due to needing a gluten-free option, which she claimed would cost $14. She mentioned that the computer system only allowed her to ring in a large regular crust at $7.99. Contrarily, another store honored the deal last week, allowing the purchase of a gluten-free and a large regular crust for $7.99 each. As loyal customers of that Dominos location, we were quite disappointed with the experience today.

I placed an order with Domino's for 4 items: pizza, pasta, wings, and cheesy bread. The delivery driver only brought 2 items initially and had to return 20 minutes later with the rest. This caused a delay on top of the initial 30 minutes it took for the order to arrive. The pizza I received had pineapple on the entire pizza instead of just half, and there were large air bubbles on two of the slices. I would like to request reimbursement for the pizza. This was my first time ordering from Domino's in Lawndale, and I was quite disappointed with the experience.

Initially, there was an issue with being overcharged ($42.76) for 2 medium pizzas and a side of chicken, despite it being a reorder. Furthermore, when my spouse contacted the store to address the matter, the General Manager, Chuck, was unprofessional and condescending. Chuck's behavior was unacceptable, and it left my spouse feeling disrespected. Lastly, our order placed at 6:19 PM was not delivered until 7:27 PM, causing further inconvenience. Regrettably, based on this negative encounter, we have decided not to patronize the Manasquan, NJ Domino's store again. We hope that this feedback helps improve customer service for others. I encountered issues when trying to pay for my order on the mobile website. Despite receiving an error message after entering my information, the payment was deducted from my account twice. I did not receive a confirmation email and could not track my order. Upon contacting the store, they confirmed that the order was not in their system. At this stage, I simply wish to have a refund for the duplicated payment.

I called Domino's in Leesburg, Florida, and ordered the 2-pizza special. Within minutes, we called to complain about the spinach and chicken pizza with white sauce I ordered since my boyfriend cannot eat red sauce. The manager had a nasty attitude and promised to send a new pizza but never did. When I called back, he claimed he lacked information and implied we were the only ones to order a spinach pizza. This unprofessionalism continued as he argued and played a Domino's commercial about pizza satisfaction. I've ordered many times before, but after this experience, I will not be ordering again. I made an order with Dominos on Friday, December 19, [redacted], at 12:39 PM for delivery. I ordered online from the store at [redacted] Harry S. Truman Dr. Upper Marlboro, MD [redacted]. The delivery was for my nephew, Eric C., at [redacted] Harry S. Truman Dr. #33 which is close by. I got a call at 4:34 PM saying the order was not delivered due to a driver shortage. The order was canceled without any notice or refund. After contacting the store, they said they would remake the order, but by 8:20 PM, the order was still not delivered. I spoke to a manager who offered a refund but claimed the "system" wouldn't process it. Despite long wait times on the phone, I got no resolution. I ordered two thin and crispy based pizzas last Saturday evening, but they arrived with the wrong bases. I called customer service to report the problem and was promised a delivery of two correct based pizzas. The driver who came only had one pizza and said he would bring the other one later. This was around 8:30 pm on Saturday, December 22, [redacted]. I'm still waiting for the missing pizza.

Hello, I made an order late in the evening on 12/21, the tracker showed it was out for delivery in the early hours of the morning. When I contacted the store, there seemed to be confusion about the delivery status, and eventually, they claimed it was delivered when it was not. Despite my offer to pick it up, they returned the food. After a frustrating conversation with the staff, I contacted the manager the next day for a refund, but was only offered a credit. Frustrated with the situation, I requested to speak to someone higher up but was told that only a credit could be provided.

Our attempt to order 2 pizzas from Domino's on American Blvd in Bloomington, MN started smoothly with Brad. However, when he transferred us to the store to request plates, Abby informed us that the order was canceled for unknown reasons. We were using a gift card with a $50 limit, but the $30 charge is still on the card. Unfortunately, Abby was unhelpful and uncooperative, hanging up on us three times when we called back. This has been a terrible experience as we are only passing through the area, leaving us with a useless card and hungry kids. The customer service provided by Abby was the worst we have ever encountered.

Last night, it seems someone hacked into my Domino's account and used my rewards to get a free pizza in Milpitas, CA. I got an email informing me of a password change and a redemption at Store #[redacted] in Milpitas (Order #[redacted]). Despite living in Georgia, I received this confirmation. The name on the receipt of the person who ordered is listed as M. Florinda, with a callback number of [redacted]. I regularly order online from Domino's, but always from Georgia. I am frustrated that someone took advantage of my account and privacy in this way.

Yesterday, I ordered two pizzas from your [redacted] Downs Blvd Franklin TN [redacted] location. One was a medium pan and the other a thin crust. Upon arriving home and opening the boxes, I found both pizzas to be under baked, making them inedible. I promptly filed a complaint through the app but only received an email asking for feedback. I provided my comments as requested but have yet to see any resolution. Your commercials boast about exceptional customer service, but my experience does not align with this promise. Please uphold your satisfaction guarantee and address this issue promptly. At 9:45, we placed an order, but after 55 minutes with no delivery, we called to check. They explained they had lost power and promised to deliver the pizza with a free crazy bread. However, when the order arrived 45 minutes later, there was no crazy bread. Upon complaining, they said they would compensate with a free small pizza. Subsequently, when attempting to claim the small pizza, they could not locate the promised credit for it. Further investigation revealed that the power loss excuse was false - they had simply forgotten our order. Disappointed in the service, especially as military members.

I recently ordered 2 pizzas, brownie cookies, and 32 Parmesan garlic knots. Unfortunately, the delivery took a very long time, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. The brownies were not soft, the knots were hard, and the pizzas were ruined. The extra cheese had stuck to the top of the box, which was concaved, possibly causing the pizza to stick as well. This was an overall disappointing experience. I have never had issues with Domino's before, but while staying at the DoubleTree Hotel near Disneyland with my family, we ordered from the nearest Domino's, and it was a letdown. This happened around 12-1 am.

I arrived at the store on time as indicated. While the greeting was polite, the problem arose when I had to wait nearly an hour to pick up my order. I needed to quickly meet a family member for an urgent issue and returned to find the store unattended. Employees in the back seemed to be ignoring customers, and there was no one available to assist me. Another customer experienced a similar issue; unfortunately, his order was mistakenly given to the wrong person, causing him an even longer wait than mine, despite my earlier arrival.

Although I successfully updated my phone number to my current one, the dispute messages are still being sent to my old number. Regrettably, the order was received by my friend's father instead of him, and it was sent back without being collected. I encountered a troubling situation with an employee at the Standish Maine branch named Rachel May, possibly her middle name while not certain of her last name. I discovered evidence of her using racially derogatory language and sending hateful messages to my friends of color. Due to this uncomfortable situation, my boyfriend and I have decided to cease ordering from Domino's. It is disheartening to hear that Rachel seems to be confident her job is secure due to her connections with her manager.

I am trying to reach the district manager for the Domino's in Fostoria. Recently, the manager organized a donation drive for Christmas, which I believed was a good cause. However, the district manager increased the donation amount along with others. The manager selected 14 people to receive free meals on Christmas Eve, which was amazing. Unfortunately, after posting the original list of recipients, she posted a revised version with some names changed and people removed. When questioned about it, she deleted all the posts and reacted rudely when asked. This behavior is not good for public service. I am one of many confused individuals trying to understand her reasoning.
