I am currently staying at a hotel for work in Sacramento, CA, and I like ordering Domino's Pizza from store [redacted] on [redacted] West El Camino Ave in Sacramento. Today, I ordered a Pizza & Brownie this afternoon, and the estimated time was 35 minutes. However, the tracker showed the driver had left the store, but I ended up waiting for an additional 45 minutes. After the tracker message that said, "hope your pizza is yum yum," I waited another 15 minutes. When I called, a gentleman handed the phone to the driver, who claimed to have delivered my order to someone in a car in that location and then disconnected the call. When I spoke to a manager, he seemed indifferent and mentioned they were short on drivers due to being busy. Despite his offer of a free pizza, I felt this service did not align with the values of your franchises Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins. I just wanted to bring this to your attention as a loyal Domino's customer. Thank you, Eric J.

I placed an order online at 8:08 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18th at Store [redacted] on E Cass St. in Tampa, FL. At 8:45 p.m., a man named Daniel, who claims to be the GM at this location, called to inform me that they would not deliver my order, citing that I am outside their delivery area. He blamed a website glitch for the error. I had already waited nearly 40 minutes for the food, and he mentioned that the delivery cut-off street is only 3 minutes away from my home. Despite this, he refused to honor the order and declined to provide his last name for verification. The food tracker app indicated that the order was on its way, causing further confusion. Following this experience, I am uncertain about ordering from Domino's in the future.

During my recent visit to my local Dominos at [redacted] General Meyer Ave. in New Orleans, LA [redacted], the wait time was exceptionally long. Despite preordering my one 3-topping pizza in advance, I was informed it would be a 20-minute wait but ended up waiting for over an hour inside the store. The staff appeared disorganized and did not effectively manage customer service. Although Ms. Lee, the manager on duty, assisted in refunding me $8.81, the overall staff and management handled the situation poorly. It is essential for them to communicate better with customers about order status and work on fulfilling orders promptly. Waiting for more than an hour for a single pizza with 3 toppings is not ideal.

This morning at 6:09, I placed an online order for 6 medium pizzas to be delivered to the store at [redacted] New Bern Ave in Raleigh, NC. The order was scheduled to arrive at 12:30 during my students' lunchtime. My order was the 7th for the day. Another teacher ordered 4 large pizzas at around 10am, and both orders were delivered at 1:16pm. When I called at 12:38pm, I was told my order was ready, but it arrived late. I called again at 12:41pm, but no one picked up after a young lady asked me to hold, causing a delay. The late delivery disrupted my students' lunchtime and impacted our instructional time.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding an incident that occurred last night with my Domino's account. A stranger accessed my account and placed an order in Boca Raton, FL, using my free rewards pizza. After receiving a confirmation email, I discovered the unauthorized order and contacted the Boca Raton store. I reside in Edgewater, approximately 3 hours away. The manager on duty, Alex, explained the order was still pending pickup. I kindly request two things to be addressed: Firstly, I would appreciate a refund of my free pizza to my account, which I intended to use for my son's upcoming birthday celebration. Secondly, I am concerned about the stranger picking up the order at the Boca Raton store. Were they stopped or identified? I am considering involving the authorities due to the breach of my account's security. I am also curious if there are surveillance cameras in the store for further investigation. I hope to resolve this issue promptly before my son's party this Saturday. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best, Monica

I visited your Paramount, CA location to make a purchase using $10 EBT for food and $3 cash. The cashier declined, stating they couldn't process the payment, without attempting to do so. With my children in the car urgently craving pizza, I was left in a tough spot. This specific store is part of my regular routine, and this experience was quite disappointing.

I ordered from Domino's in Brooklyn, NY. The delivery person couldn't find parking so I couldn't go downstairs. After waiting 40 minutes, I called the store only to find out my order was canceled. The person I spoke with claimed the delivery person told me, but I never received that message. I expressed my disappointment and was abruptly hung up on. Upon calling back to speak with a manager, I was told the person I spoke to was the manager and there was no one else to address the issue with. The customer service was extremely poor, and when I asked for further contact information, I was directed to an incorrect number. Improved training in customer service is necessary. I prefer resolution over receiving coupons and facing the same poor service. It's essential to have someone available for customers after 6pm to address such issues promptly.

We ordered three pizzas, all 2-topping $5.99 pizzas. The first pizza with pepperoni and roasted red peppers was nice. The second one with olives and sausage had overcooked cheese and tasted rubbery. The last one with olives and spinach was okay, but my daughter thought the olives tasted funny on both pizzas. I called the store in Chino Hills to address the issues, but the manager, possibly Cavio, was dismissive. He denied the cheese was burnt and insisted the pizzas were fine. He agreed to replace them but demanded we get the same toppings. When we requested pepperoni instead of olives due to the taste issue, he refused. He wouldn't offer a refund or a different pizza, causing upset. Despite being loyal customers for over 25 years, we are considering switching to Pizza Hut moving forward.

I ordered two XL pizzas with extra cheese, beef, ham, pepperoni, banana peppers, light sauce, and onions. However, it seems like the order was mixed up, and one of the pizzas was a Philly cheese steak instead. I spoke with a manager who promised to email me a coupon for two XL pizzas and the other items totaling about $50. My name is Holly, and you can reach me at [redacted]. I am hoping to get the correct pizzas and a refund due to the inconvenience I experienced.

I ordered a pizza deal through the Dominos App at the Banbridge store on Wednesday. I paid for it, but the order did not go through. After calling the store, they confirmed that my order was not received, so I had to replace it over the phone and pay with a card again. I was advised to reach out to Dominos Customer Service for a refund. When I tried to fill out the online form, I couldn't proceed as there was no order number provided.

Hello, I placed an order for pizza last night. I got a text saying the driver was coming, but after waiting for over 2 hours, my pizza never arrived. I spent an additional 2 hours trying to reach the store for a refund or an explanation. Each time I managed to get through, the call got disconnected after long holds. This morning, the staff was unhelpful, claiming the manager was busy with no time to assist me. I just want my refund. The phone number on the order was [redacted].

I made a carry-out order at Dominos on West Walnut St. in Johnson City, TN at 11:11am on 12/20. I ordered a 3-topping pizza and a marbled brownie, a usual order. However, upon arrival, they couldn't find my order under the name Donaldson, which is on file with my phone number. After speaking with the manager, they acknowledged the mistake. I'm disappointed with their service and how they handled the situation, especially since I've ordered the same thing many times before. I would like a free replacement order or at least some acknowledgment of the issue. It's frustrating to experience this kind of mistake, as it reminds me of a similar incident at Pizza Hut in Johnson City that made me stop ordering from there. I hope Dominos can resolve this and show that they value their customers.

I ordered a pizza, and the delivery tracker showed it was delivered, but it took 45 minutes to arrive. I suspect this delay was intentional. I contacted store #[redacted] at [redacted] SW 8th St, Miami, FL [redacted], at [redacted] to complain and asked to speak to the manager. Upon speaking with David, the manager, he only spoke Spanish and no one else spoke English. I informed him that the pizza was cold and requested a refund or a new hot pizza. He insisted on having the pizzas returned but did not offer replacements. There was no apology given throughout the conversation. I disposed of the pizzas, but no one came for them or issued a refund.

I am extremely upset with the rudeness from the management, issues with online ordering, and more frustrations. I am considering reaching out to a local television news station. I believe that common courtesy and respect are essential aspects of customer service. As an older and disabled individual who is hungry, I find it challenging to endure such poor treatment. I've spent two hours attempting to place a food order and am feeling very frustrated and hungry.

I had a concerning experience at Store number [redacted] in Ocala, Florida, located at [redacted] E Silver Springs Blvd. During my visit, employees Jay and Kevin made disturbing comments about my girlfriend. When I confronted them, I was terminated for alleged threats of violence, while they remained employed. I raised a similar issue with the GM, Anthony, regarding another employee named Lester, but no action was taken. Despite the inappropriate behavior of Jay and Kevin, the management chose not to address the situation. Feeling unsupported, I am considering filing a police report. I believe the GM, Anthony, and employees Jay and Kevin should be terminated for their inappropriate actions.

I placed an order for a pizza at 6:30 PM on December 20, [redacted], at Dominos in Greensboro, NC. The employee taking my order said it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. At 7:15 PM, I called to check on the status and was informed the delivery was just leaving, already 30 minutes past the promised time. After no sign of my order, I had to call again at 8:05 PM. The person who answered seemed annoyed when I requested a refund and mentioned ordering from another place. The situation escalated when a man took over the call and inquired what was wrong with the order, to which I explained my disappointment and asked for a full refund, expressing we no longer wanted their service.

We are frequent customers of Domino's, but lately, the service has been disappointing. Our recent orders have been delayed, with tonight being particularly frustrating. After waiting two hours for our meal, we discovered it had been ready but not delivered. When we called, the staff informed us it had been sitting for an hour. Even when we offered to pick it up, they said it would take another hour to remake the order. This location on Dixie in Louisville has been consistently slow with orders taking two hours. We have now switched to Pizza Hut for faster service. It would be appreciated if Domino's could address this issue by managing orders better during busy times. This ongoing problem is disheartening for us as loyal customers.

I have two disabled individuals in my household, including a special needs child and two other children. I recently placed an online order for pizza and it was paid for. Despite having had deliveries made to my address at [redacted] Ballentine Road, Anderson SC [redacted] in the past, I was informed that they could no longer deliver to my location. The manager, Jeremy, had previously approved deliveries to my address, but now I am being told that I need to contact someone higher up to have it removed from their list. This sudden change is causing inconvenience, especially during the holiday season. I have never had any issues with ordering before, and the fact that I am now being denied service means that I will have to look for alternatives. If my address is not removed from the list, I will have to take my business elsewhere. - Elisabeth, a dissatisfied customer

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from Domino's. Recently, after undergoing surgery, their driver refused to deliver my order claiming his car would be stolen if he had to go up a flight of stairs. Additionally, a previous order mix-up was not properly credited despite assurances. Tonight, Nicholas mishandled the situation and his staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, including hanging up on me and making threats. When I addressed the issue, Nicholas allowed the mistreatment to continue. I plan to escalate this matter by contacting corporate and the franchise owner to address the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. After multiple incidents of subpar service, I feel that a sincere apology, correction of the initial order, and some form of compensation are warranted. I have already tried reaching out to corporate with no response, and I expect more from a company I have previously enjoyed. If these issues are not resolved appropriately, I may have to reconsider my loyalty to Domino's.

I often find the pizzas I order from the Hyde Cheshire shop to be inedible. Whenever my son tries to complain, the staff respond abusively. We are regular customers and frequently receive the wrong pizzas, with a tomato base instead of the requested barbeque sauce, and sometimes they are cold. Despite paying premium prices, we continue to face these issues. Fortunately, if we are able to wait until 11:00 pm, we can order from the Denton Tameside shop, which is excellent. If you review the account under the name Ian Bonnar at SK14 4JB, you will find our order history.
