During the recent 50% off promotion, I tried to order a pizza and 2-liter soda online. However, I was informed that my order did not meet the minimum delivery amount. As a 60-year-old woman undergoing cancer treatment who struggles with energy, I rarely eat out. It was disappointing to experience this issue, especially considering the importance of delivery for people in my situation. Delivering a small order costs the same as a larger one, and I felt the local store prioritized the $4 difference over customer needs. Regrettably, this has led me to seek alternatives for my future orders.

Through Facebook, a group called "Dominios Group" claimed they would give me two free large pizzas if I sent a link to thirty people. After doing so, it got rejected, so I sent it to three hundred people and they asked me to claim it, but then redirected me to surveys. They used your logo and a picture of pizzas. I am unsure if this is actually Domino's. If it's not, it's frustrating and concerning due to the lack of security on their webpage. I was looking forward to getting pizza, but now I feel misled and wasted time promoting a brand for nothing, especially considering I have cancer and was hoping for a genuine offer. I will now be cautious about recommending this to my [redacted] Facebook contacts.

I am eagerly looking forward to claiming my 2 free large delivered pizzas with the toppings of Ham and Cheese for one and Supreme without anchovies or olives for the other. I have already sent an email and now I'm simply waiting for a response. I hope both the webpage and customer service are efficient and helpful. I shared my positive experience with Domino's to hundreds of people, and I expect the same level of service. It is frustrating to waste time on this issue, and it's disappointing that a big company like Domino's is falling short on fulfilling their coupon deal or ensuring better security measures to prevent misuse of their logo and website.

I placed my pizza order at 11:45, and was told it was ready by 12:58 pm. However, the driver only arrived around 1 am. I had a long day starting at 5 am, ending at 11 pm, and just wanted a quick meal on my way home. Unfortunately, I ended up dozing off while waiting over an hour for my pizza. This lengthy wait is highly unusual for me as a loyal Domino's customer, even for larger orders.

I waited for my pizza for over an hour and a half, but it never arrived. The tracker indicated it had passed inspection and was done. I had a store coupon for this order due to a previous issue with the staff's rudeness. When I called to inquire about the delivery, they said they couldn't provide any information and couldn't even see the order. All I wanted to know was if it had been delivered. Upon returning to my apartment after waiting, the tracker suddenly showed the order as canceled. I'm confused about the store's behavior towards me as I always try to be polite and positive. It's disappointing to have waited so long only to find out it was canceled without any explanation. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. I have been a customer at the Dominos on Watson Boulevard in Warner Robins GA for over 17 years. When I called tonight to place an order, the store contacted me 15 minutes later to cancel my order, saying I was outside their delivery area. Despite explaining my long history of ordering from them, the salesperson informed me that their General Manager decided not to deliver to my address. Upset by this, as my information is saved in their system, I checked online and confirmed that my address aligns with their delivery zone as before. This incident led to the cancellation of my $28 order, including a generous tip. Disappointed by their refusal to deliver, I eventually ordered from Pizza Hut. I am frustrated with this situation and seek clarification on why this change occurred after nearly two decades of being a loyal customer.

I ordered a pizza online without sauce due to my sodium allergies. When the pizza arrived with red sauce, I called to explain. The manager's response was confusing, suggesting I should have chosen a sauce with no sodium, which is not feasible. I had selected a vegetable pizza with onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and a thin crust. When I requested a correction, I was informed that since I ordered online and there was no "no sauce" option, they would not remake the pizza without sauce. The manager was unhelpful and abruptly ended the call. This incident occurred at the Parkland, Washington location.

I recently called Dominos Pizza in La FĂ©ria, Texas and was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. When a staff member finally picked up, I shared my dissatisfaction. Listening to the pre-recorded advertisement during the wait was unpleasant, and I ended up with a headache. I don't expect anything free, but I would appreciate it if you could address this ongoing issue with the store's owner. Unfortunately, I opted not to place an order and went to Little Caesar's instead. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am disappointed with the lack of service from your company. Both your online platform and in-store service are subpar. It's evident that you are severely understaffed as I couldn't reach anyone for help after an hour of trying. My online order experience was frustrating as it kicked me out without confirmation. The local stores have been unhelpful and keep hanging up on me without addressing my concerns. I'm unsure if my order went through, resulting in the possibility of being double-charged or never receiving the items. It's concerning that with so much competition, your business is struggling. I prefer a phone call over email communication.

I recently placed an online order and unfortunately received the incorrect items. I had paid for a premium pizza with an extra topping but was given a cheaper value pizza instead. I contacted the Inglewood store, but after being on hold for 30 minutes, the call dropped. As a loyal customer who orders from Domino's weekly, I was quite disappointed by this experience. My name is Jim Rock. I placed an order in person, paid, and was informed it would take 10 minutes, which seemed reasonable. With my two children in the car, I left the store to wait for my order. Upon my return, it showed an additional 4 minutes. Despite waiting, my order vanished from the board, and I noticed it sitting on a counter across the shop. The staff member manning the counter was occupied on the phone, ignoring my attempts to grab their attention. Frustrated after waiting 6 extra minutes since my order was ready for pickup, I finally received it after expressing my dissatisfaction. As someone working in the hospitality field, I was appalled at how the phone call took precedence over serving the customer in person. I left the shop feeling angry and upset, to the point of forgetting the soft drink I had ordered. The lack of supervision and poor customer service left me incredibly dissatisfied. I've experienced repeated issues with my orders at different locations - two to three times. On December 13th, at the North Point location in WS, NC, the manager should have given me my order for free due to the mistakes made. Instead, he incorrectly charged the medium pizza at regular price and discounted that item while I expected the medium slee price at $5.99 or my order free of charge. The staff lost my order, causing an hour-long delay in receiving my food. This ongoing disappointment with Domino's has left me frustrated. I believe that customer service should be more readily available for situations like mine. Despite being a regular customer who frequents your stores, I am disheartened by this experience.

I had a rough experience with my recent order from *Dominos. About a week ago, I ordered plain wings, a sandwich, and garlic twists. Unfortunately, the driver took 45 minutes to arrive, even though the store is only a 10-minute drive away. I made a Rs. [redacted] transaction through Freecharge on December 11th at 7:58:23 PM at Domino's KIIT Square Patia outlet in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I got order and payment confirmation emails from Freecharge and Domino's. However, the outlet mentioned above claims they haven't received the payment, so I had to pay cash on delivery. I'm confused about the missing Rs. [redacted] online payment. Can someone assist me?

I ordered dinner at 6:30 last night and waited for an hour and a half. I decided to go to bed because the food was taking too long. Right when I got into bed, the delivery arrived, so I grabbed it, tipped the driver, and took it to the kitchen. Unfortunately, the pizza was ice cold, soggy, and the box was crushed, making the cheese stick to the top. The sauces were also incorrect. I understand that it was a busy night, but I wish they would have communicated the delay so I wouldn't have had to go to bed hungry or waste money on food that was inedible.

Hello, my name is Tamika. I made an order yesterday at store #[redacted], and when the pizza arrived, some items were missing. The delivery person said they would return with the missing items but never did. I contacted the store to report the missing item I had paid for, and was assured that it would be delivered. However, I never received the item. I am hopeful that this issue can be resolved promptly.

I contacted customer service a few months ago regarding the poor quality of pizzas we received in St. Joseph, MN, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my email. Last weekend, we ordered pizzas online in Omaha, NE and were directed to the drive-up window. Despite arriving five minutes early, we waited for 10 minutes before anyone assisted us. Subsequently, we waited an additional 20 minutes at the drive-up window before ringing the bell again. The staff member apologized, mentioning they forgot about us. Today, I attempted to call a location in New Brighton, MN and was placed on hold for 20 minutes before the call was disconnected. After trying again, I waited for 47 minutes before speaking to someone. This level of customer service has been disappointing. I hope to receive a response; otherwise, it seems Domino's will no longer be our preferred pizza choice. -Laura

I made an online order at 5:17 p.m. EST on 12/14/19, and when I called at 6:37 p.m. to inquire about the delay in delivery, I was informed that it would take an additional one and a half to two hours. I found this wait time of three and a half hours for two Pizzas and Cheesy Bread unreasonable. Despite asking for an explanation, the person I spoke with was exceptionally rude. I requested a refund numerous times, but the individual seemed unable to hear me and instead suggested I pick up the order in 45 minutes. This was frustrating as I relied on delivery due to not having a car and caring for a disabled child at home. Although the order was eventually cancelled, the incident was disappointing; customers should be promptly notified of any significant delays. I hope to discuss this matter further with a representative as this experience may deter me from ordering from Domino's in the future.

I made an online order, but when I arrived at the store, the screen indicated only 3 minutes left. Later, I noticed that my order was not yet placed. The cashier, Teresa, attempted to compensate me for the error by offering a brownie, but this gesture did not align with Dominos' customer satisfaction policy. I frequent Dominos weekly, and this is the first time I felt undervalued as a customer. I left feeling very disappointed by the experience.

I placed an online order at 6:08 pm, and it's now 7:47 with no pizza in sight. I spent almost $50 and still nothing. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer, I came to the store to find chaos - phones ringing non-stop and no sense of urgency. This has completely ruined the birthday party we had planned for our daughter. The worker at the counter informed me that our pizzas are only just being put in the oven. The service at this location is extremely poor and unacceptable. All customers here seem equally frustrated. I am requesting a full refund due to this horrendous experience.
