I ordered food from the Sun Valley location on Laurel Canyon Blvd in California, and I was disappointed to find a live bug in our meal. When I contacted them for a refund for the entire order due to the food being thrown away, they only offered to remake the order at the same store or receive credit for one item. This resolution does not meet my expectations. I am seeking a full refund of $19.68 to the card ending in [redacted]. Thank you.

I made a purchase on 11/29 around 10:30 pm. After encountering an error with my card, the first transaction didn't go through, but I was still charged. I re-tried, and the second transaction went through successfully, but I was charged twice. I've reached out via email through the customer support website and contacted the store, who directed me back to the website. I'm awaiting a resolution and would appreciate a prompt refund for the initial charge. I'm eager to speak with a representative to resolve this matter efficiently.

On Friday, November 29, [redacted], I went to my local Domino's Pizza store at [redacted] Munson Ave in Traverse City, MI. I ordered a large three-topping pizza for $7.99 around 4:00 P.M. The pizza maker was friendly, and the pizza was delicious. However, I had an unfortunate experience when I found an olive pit in one of the slices, which I bit into while seated in the dining area. I informed the on-site manager, but she and a friend who was visiting were not very understanding. They seemed indifferent to my concern about the olive pit potentially causing damage to my dental crown, which cost $1,[redacted]. Despite this, I still enjoy Domino's pizza but may avoid black olives in the future. It would be great if Domino's opened a new location on the west side of Traverse City. Thank you. I placed an order for a pizza with an estimated delivery time of 3:22. Unfortunately, the food did not arrive until 3:57 and was cold. The store was unresponsive when I tried to contact them about the issue, and when I did reach someone, they were unhelpful and claimed it wasn't their fault.

Dear Sir, I am Mr. S Venkatraman. Yesterday, I ordered pizzas from the Keelkatalai Branch online. I reside in Madipakkam. I received an SMS confirming the order at 8:05 pm, stating it would be delivered within 30 minutes. However, it was delivered at 8:55 pm. I called [redacted]8, and they mentioned a refund of only Rs.[redacted], whereas the bill amount was Rs.[redacted]. The website promises 30 minutes delivery or it's free. I kindly request you to investigate this matter and take necessary action.

Hello Team, I'm reaching out to bring to your attention that the recent order I placed was not delivered. The delivery person, whose details are [Pravin Sahebraonrupnaray: [redacted]], had to cancel the delivery due to a location discrepancy and assured me of a refund. However, I have not received any refund yet, nor have I received any communication via email or message regarding the refund. When I inquired with the delivery person today, he mentioned that he initiated the refund process. He was unable to provide me with the store manager's contact number or the store's contact details since he mentioned he was off duty and is relatively new to the job. I have tried reaching out to your contact numbers at 1[redacted] and [redacted], but have been unsuccessful in making contact. I encountered an issue with three large pizzas from the Wigton Rd store in Carlisle. The pizzas lacked proper form - missing crusts and uneven toppings. This experience was disappointing considering the amount spent. When I contacted the store, I was informed that once the food leaves the premises, they bear no responsibility. I escalated the matter to headquarters, receiving reference number [redacted], and was promised store contact within 5 days. It has now been 10 days without any resolution, despite two follow-up calls resulting in a new reference number, [redacted] [redacted]. I feel it is unfair to disregard customers in this manner. I visited a new store that opened in my town on Saturday, 11/30/19. Despite trying to place an order through different methods, we were unsuccessful. Upon visiting the store, we encountered an overwhelmed and rude employee who refused to take our order for at least an hour and a half. Disappointed, we left and went to a different pizza place. The next day, we decided to try Dominos, ordered two large pepperoni pizzas, and two chocolate crunch cakes for carryout. When we got home, we found the pizzas had no sauce, were burnt, and had bubbles, while the cakes were squished and burnt. After calling the store and receiving a promise of a $10 credit that never materialized, my fiancee went back but only received one pizza instead of two and no cakes. We were left dissatisfied with this experience and believe that a new store opening is no excuse for poor service. We hope for a resolution from Dominos in Newport, Vermont, and seek compensation for our order.

Last night at 11:14, I placed an order for a medium pizza, a 2-liter soda, and two dipping sauces. However, when the delivery driver arrived, only the pizza was delivered. I mentioned this to him and asked if he could bring the soda on his next trip. Unfortunately, he never returned with the soda. I have been trying to resolve the issue since I paid for the soda and the delivery charge but did not receive the soda. The manager informed me that they couldn't send a driver just for the soda and suggested I pick it up myself. I then asked for a refund, but encountered difficulties. The manager mentioned that they could only refund the soda and the dipping sauces and that I would need to collect them. I am disappointed by this response as the entire order wasn't delivered correctly, yet I am still being charged for delivery. I'd appreciate it if the manager could be reprimanded, not necessarily fired, but at least informed that this situation is not acceptable. The mistake was on their end, and I shouldn't have to rectify it by going to the store to collect what was missing.

I made an online order at 5:17 p.m., and it's been over an hour without any updates on the tracker. After calling the store twice, I was informed the food is being made, but there has been no progress. Lisa from the store mentioned she was the only person preparing the orders, leading to significant delays. The estimated delivery confirmation email initially stated under 40 minutes, but it has now been almost 2 hours. The store mentioned a four-hour delivery quote when called. The lack of consistency between web order wait times and actual wait times is frustrating. It's currently 6:53 p.m., and my order is still not on its way. I ordered a pizza that was different from what I requested, and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes to be delivered. I complained to Domino's that day, but I have not received any response from their team yet. I provided all the necessary details, but there has been no action taken so far. The staff at the counter are not attentive to customer complaints and seem to prioritize post-order deliveries over pre-order issues. I came across a survey on Facebook promising a free pizza from Domino's if you shared a specific message. About 30 of us participated, only to find out the code provided was invalid when we tried to claim our pizzas. This misuse of the company's brand has left me and others disappointed and concerned about our personal information. I have screenshots documenting each step. I hope for some form of compensation for this misleading promotion.

I recently redeemed [redacted] supercoins I earned from Flipkart to get a pizza from Dominos, but I did not receive the OTP to complete the transaction. Despite my coins being deducted, the issue was not resolved when I contacted Dominos customer service. The lady I initially spoke to transferred me to her manager, Sahil, who suggested I reach out to Flipkart regarding the OTP. I requested a document confirming this from Sahil, but it was not provided. I am disappointed in the level of customer service from Dominos and hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. I contacted Domino's to place an order, but I encountered an issue with the manager. When inquiring about delivery locations, I was redirected to another store. Upon calling back to the original store, I found the manager to be extremely unprofessional. As a frequent customer, I was taken aback by their disrespect. The manager even seemed indifferent when I raised my concerns about the prior redirection. This experience has made me reconsider ordering from Domino's in the future. The lack of professionalism displayed by the manager was truly disappointing.

I experienced a two-hour wait for pizza delivery, which is the second time it has happened with this establishment. I believe there is room for improvement in delivering the correct and non-burnt food promptly, within the promised timeframe, without customers having to initiate inquiries. When I called to inquire about my order, I was hung up on. The pizza had a burnt outer layer, and my chicken bacon tomato pizza was missing bacon and had jalapenos instead. Despite being a loyal Domino's customer for years, I am disappointed with this experience and the lack of quality control and managerial oversight at Domino's Pizza on [redacted] Speight Ave in Waco, TX. Moving forward, I will reconsider ordering from this location.

My family ordered two pizzas online tonight. We got one ham and pineapple and one Extravaganza. When I got home, one was correct, but the other had BBQ sauce on it instead of the correct toppings. We called to have it fixed, but they seemed too busy to help at the moment. We usually order from this place weekly, but after this mistake and the lack of help to make it right, we are considering finding a new place to order from.

Hello, I'm Shalita Freeman. I called Dominos Pizza at 6:39 PM, and they informed me it would take an hour. After calling back at 8:12 PM, which was over their estimated hour, the representative mentioned the driver had already left five minutes before I called. It was then 8:39 PM, making it two hours since I placed my order. Upon calling again at 8:30 PM, the manager stated they had no record of my phone number, address, or order. When I asked for the representative's name and the corporate number, the manager refused and suggested I search online. I find this unprofessional as I still have to wait until 9:39 PM for my food, even though I checked on my order twice already due to my hungry child. I acknowledge it may be busy, but after two calls and no food, I feel the need to address this issue. This is the second time this has happened, and I did not address it the first time. Thank you.

I recently discovered unauthorized orders being made at my address on [redacted] Reynolds Street in Brunswick, GA. Tonight, when I was not at home, another order was placed using my address. I suspect the individual paid for the pizza with counterfeit money. Domino's Pizza contacted me to inform me that someone used my number to pay with fake money. I would like these incidents to cease as I am an honest woman, and everything I have achieved in life has been through hard work and honest earnings.

I went to the store and ordered a medium pizza with ham, onion, and green pepper. Despite repeating my order twice, when I got to work, I found pineapple on it instead of onion. I called the store on Haggerty Rd in West Bloomfield to inform them of the mistake. The person I spoke to was rude and offered to make me another pizza, but my lunch break was almost over. They then suggested giving me a credit, but I declined, stating I would not be ordering from them again. This was a very disappointing experience for me. - Sandy

I recently ordered a pizza and was disappointed with the service. The delivery took over an hour for a distance that should have been quick. Despite calling multiple times about the late delivery, the pizza arrived cold.
