Hello, this is Lisa T. I needed some time to process recent events at work before sharing my feelings. After speaking with Mike about a work matter, I inquired about the upcoming schedule, to which he assured me it would be similar. However, I was later surprised to receive a schedule with no shifts. When I reached out to Mike, he informed me there were no hours available. I felt disheartened, especially considering my positive experience there and the possibility that my earlier conversation affected this outcome. Additionally, a colleague's inappropriate comments further upset me. Even though I spoke up about what bothered me, I ultimately miss the work environment and the opportunity given to me by Mike. Despite his suggestion for a gradual return to work, I was not offered the chance to resume my managerial training. I valued my time at the workplace and wish for acknowledgment of my concerns, as I know communication can be improved.

During my recent visit to Foley, Alabama, I decided to treat my 75-year-old mother to pizzas from your restaurant, as it has been her favorite for years. Unfortunately, there was an incident where the delivery driver dropped the pizzas, but urged us to take them despite their condition. The manager later only offered half credit, citing that we kept the pizzas. When I raised my concerns, the manager was unhelpful, and even a call to the restaurant ended abruptly. This poor service experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, especially as a loyal customer with family ties to the company. I have decided to cease supporting Domino's, and I felt compelled to share this feedback. It's disappointing to see the lack of accountability and customer care exhibited by the management in this situation.

I recently placed an order online and within 10 minutes of ordering, the delivery driver called to say he was arriving with my food. I requested the food to be made fresh, but he was unwilling to comply. I found his attitude disrespectful when he mentioned being near my house and about to deliver the same food. I emphasized the need for fresh food to the store over the phone. Despite their assurance of making it fresh, the food was the same as the delivery order when I arrived at the store. I expressed my distrust and desired a refund or compensation for the inconvenience of coming to the store. I expected a discount for the trouble caused since I wouldn't have made the trip if I knew the food wouldn't be fresh, given the cost and inconvenience. I have a culinary background and understand the importance of fresh food. The incident occurred at the Domino's on Short Vine Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.

I had a disappointing experience at the Hudson, New Hampshire location with their customer service. All I wanted was to order a Philly cheese steak sandwich with banana peppers on the side. I don't understand why it was deemed against store policy to fulfill this simple request. It's frustrating that they couldn't accommodate such a basic addition. I was prepared to spend around $60 on my order, but due to this policy, I am reconsidering ordering from Domino's in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by your company. I have called your customer care number several times but have not received any response regarding my issue. This lack of communication has led to me making unnecessary recharges totaling around 100rs due to expecting a basic level of decency from your company. Despite explaining my problem to your representatives multiple times, no resolution has been offered. The inconsistent information provided by your staff is frustrating. I have been dealing with this since the 5th of June with no progress. As a college student, I will no longer support your business and will advise my friends and family to do the same. This level of irresponsibility and lack of concern for customers is unacceptable. Pizza Hut has now won my loyalty moving forward.

I ordered a 14" thin pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni, sausage, cheese, and black olives, but received a regular pizza with the standard toppings. This has been a recurring issue at Domino's on J Street in Sacramento. Despite paying for extra toppings, they consistently fail to deliver as expected, leading to frustration. My spouse ordered a pizza with double hamburger and ham. Upon arriving to pick it up, the pizza only had ham on it. The manager agreed to remake it. After waiting outside for 30 minutes with no pizza, I went inside and asked for a complimentary pizza due to the error. The manager declined and became hostile, telling me to leave and even brandishing a knife. I informed him I would report the incident and left. This behavior is unacceptable, especially as a disabled veteran. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The incident occurred at [redacted] West Main St. Lebanon TN.

It's important to review your Google feedback, and it seems the store in North St. Augustine has some shortcomings. While most employees are great, there have been frustrating experiences with Bailey the manager, alley the driver, and George who answered the phone. Paying almost $6 for two icings after delays and being treated poorly is disheartening. The quality of the food often disappoints, and despite feedback and surveys, there's a lack of follow-up or improvement from management. One driver, unnamed, went above and beyond to fix an issue, earning appreciation. Contacting corporate only led to a franchise number, adding to the unaddressed concerns. Reflecting on various incidents, it's clear there's room for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction at these locations.

Hello, I have a suggestion that I believe could potentially increase business. Considering special limited edition pizzas created or endorsed by celebrities. This idea includes featuring cute videos of the celebrities preparing the pizzas, with the possibility of handwritten messages on the boxes. These unique pizzas might be sold at a higher price or given as prizes to lucky customers, possibly linked to the amount of pizza purchased. I'm from Nigeria and would love to see a BTS-themed pizza. This is just a concept I've been pondering, and while it may pose challenges, it could be a charming addition to the menu. Thank you for considering this. Have a wonderful day!

I ordered four $5.99 specials, but the clerk rang up something different totaling $52.00. After a $14 discount, the total was still too high. My daughter went in, but the manager was rude and refused to adjust the price. Despite other customers' attempts to intervene, the order wasn't canceled. I decided to contact corporate later. When I picked up the pizzas, the staff hurriedly handed them to me with a dismissive attitude. The whole experience was unpleasant, and I will not visit that store again. I believe we are owed approximately $6.00.

I ordered from my local Domino's with a specific time three hours in advance. Unfortunately, the order arrived an hour late and was cold and unappetizing. I reached out to them, explaining that I couldn't pay for the unsatisfactory meal. They requested my order number, which I didn't have, so I provided my order date, time, and delivery address twice. Now, they are saying they cannot address my complaint without the order number and recently refused to help at all. I have all the emails saved. I simply want a refund due to the poor service, but they are refusing to assist me.

This is the third occasion now that Domino's has taken over an hour to deliver to me, which is unacceptable. If my family didn't love their pizza, I would never order from them again. I placed my order online at 3:08 pm, and it is now 4:10 pm with no sign of my order. The estimated time online was 24-34 minutes. When I called, the owner was unhelpful, just saying it went out but still hasn't arrived. The lack of communication and poor service for a $31 order with a tip is frustrating. If there are issues with delivery drivers, they should not offer delivery at all. It's disappointing when you could have picked up the order yourself and been back by now.

I purchased the "slice the price card" from my son's school and used it for the first time today. I had some questions, and unfortunately, the lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was not helpful and gave me attitude while trying to explain how the order/payment process works. During the payment with my credit card over the phone, she did not acknowledge if she heard the numbers correctly, making me repeat myself multiple times. Her attitude was blunt, and it was evident she did not want to assist me. I continued being polite out of concern for how she handled my food. The interaction was unsettling, especially because I felt worried about the handling of my pizza. To top it off, I was overcharged for my order of 4 pizzas, two of which were supposed to be free. When I brought up the error, the staff at Domino's (Sunset Strip, Florida) were nonchalant and unhelpful. I had to suggest solutions and even involve my bank due to payment issues. This has been my worst experience with Domino's since [redacted]. The original employee was Anissa, and the manager, Mike, demonstrated a lack of problem-solving skills and customer service. I want to share a positive experience I had at the store #[redacted]. I spoke with Gloria on 06/28/[redacted] at around 11:10 a.m. to place a pick-up order for a specialty pizza, cheesy bread, and chicken bites for a surprise lunch date with my husband. Despite arriving a few minutes late, I was warmly greeted by a very friendly staff member. While we usually opt for delivery, this time we picked up the order ourselves. I must say, this was the best experience we have ever had! Gloria went above and beyond to make our order perfect. I even called back to commend her excellent service directly to the store. I hope the management at Jersey Shore, PA #[redacted] knows they have an outstanding employee in Gloria. She is friendly, polite, and truly invested in delivering a great final product. Gloria, if you come across this message, thank you once again for making our lunch date truly special. It was hands down the best meal we have ever enjoyed from there!

I recently placed an order online at the Bayshore Road Villas store in New Jersey. I ordered mushrooms with sausage, but when I arrived, my pizza wasn't ready, and they had forgotten the sausage. I believe the staff needs better training to read orders and improve quality control. No one apologized for the mistake or informed me about the delay. I even had to wait over 10 minutes to get a refund. This isn't the first time I've had issues here. The last time, they gave my pizza to someone else and then argued with me about it. I won't be returning to this store. I hope my feedback helps prevent this from happening to others. On a positive note, I ordered from Pizza Hut and got my pizza in 20 minutes.

I placed an order at store [redacted] on Merrick Blvd. in Queens, NY for a pizza. When the delivery driver arrived, he asked me to meet him at his car instead of coming to my door, which I found unusual. After waiting for him, he drove off with my food. The store sent another driver with my order, but I declined it at that point. The situation was frustrating, and I'm relieved I didn't use my debit card for payment. I hope Dominos addresses these issues as it's affecting their reputation.

I placed an order online but after 45 minutes, nothing showed up on the tracker. I called the store, but no one answered after waiting for 17 minutes on the phone. I decided to drive to the location in The Bronx, which took an hour and a half. When someone went inside to pick up the order, they couldn't verify the ZIP code and wanted an ID to cancel. I went inside, and they said they couldn't verify my address, even though they had both my phone number and my husband's. No one had contacted me during this whole time. After two and a half hours without pizza, I had to go somewhere else to buy it. The service was unacceptable, the place was filthy, and everything was chaotic. I was very upset by the whole experience, especially having to run around in 95-degree weather with no delivery service available.

During my recent visit to your store at 15th and 85th in Ballard, Seattle, WA, I encountered some concerning issues. I spent about 20 minutes there and observed several flies, overheard inappropriate conversations, and never witnessed any employee washing their hands. There were instances of people handling food without gloves after touching the floor, their faces, or hair. The garden salad I ordered was disappointing, with brown lettuce, small tomatoes, and strange cheddar cheese that I couldn't eat. Furthermore, displaying a "do not sell to" list with customer details in plain view of everyone in the dining area seemed inappropriate. Lastly, a joke I overheard had an insensitive undertone, which, upon asking, revealed a potentially offensive meaning related to disabilities. This experience has left me hesitant to dine at your establishment in the future.

I placed an online order and asked for my wings to be double cooked when picking up at the store. The representative mentioned it would take about 7 minutes and instructed me to park temporarily. After waiting 9 minutes, I noticed the customer ahead of me was serviced without needing to park. When I inquired, the employee stated there was a mistake. I suggested implementing a store policy for all waiting customers to park or for cashiers to be attentive to cars at the window. The situation escalated when I asked for a manager, but the employee, Hailey, claimed to be the manager. When requesting another manager or corporate contact, Hailey provided no assistance and reacted unprofessionally, ultimately walking away. Despite being ignored at the window, a male employee later identified himself as the actual manager. While my initial concern was the inconsistent parking request, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service from Hailey. The store issued a refund, but there was an absence of proper training evident in the way they handled the situation.

I placed an order via the app but my food was never delivered. The driver mentioned they would arrive in 3 minutes and I requested a call upon arrival, but no call was received. An hour later, the same driver called again claiming to be 3 minutes away, but still did not notify me upon reaching. After waiting another hour with no update, I contacted the store and the same person who called earlier picked up. When I explained the situation, they abruptly ended the call. The poor communication and rudeness are unacceptable. I expect a refund for this unsatisfactory service and may not use this app in the future. I will avoid ordering from that Domino's branch. The lack of professionalism displayed is disappointing.
