Okay I placed a internet order at the West Florissant store in St Louis Missouri. At **:** p.m. and they did not have time to make two sandwiches and deliver a * L of soda. I did not get a phone call or nothing saying that they couldn't do my delivery I waited until **:** at night to call them expecting my delivery. And I still did not receive it they told me that because their drivers were backed up at midnight that they could not do my delivery. I expect a whole free order of what I've ordered. And this is not the first time this place has either not answer the phone or ignore the internet delivery or just straight-up told me that they're not doing it. I am located exactly three-quarters of a mile from the store and every time I call them if it's past ** or place an order on the internet it says their store is closed but on the internet it says it's open to midnight but on the app it says they're their stores closed or the phone ring ** to ** times and I still receive a call or I'll go pick it up and hang it up. I mean I order pizza from this location a lot I like dominoes but I think you guys need to do something about the workers there because this is ridiculous and I mean this has been going on since I lived up here for * over * years! I really think you need to fire everybody on night shift and hire new crew because this is just ridiculous and customer service. And I go on the website and there's not one good review about this store it's always the same thing over and over again everybody has the same complaints about this store. But if they do such good business and they sell so much product they're just lazy lazy they don't want to do their job. Now I have to go to Taco Bell and get something to eat. And I could have done that over an hour ago if I would have got to call Stella and telling me that they weren't didn't have time to do it but no I get an excuse like I must have dialed the wrong number I got the number on my account it was an internet delivery order.
