I ordered pizza delivery around April **, ****, paid online, and did not receive my delivery. I contacted store ***** regarding the order, spoke with (extremely rude) manager, who advised that refund would be processed back to bank card within *-** days. I have yet to receive my refund. The reason why I say “around” is because when I go to my profile, I see two orders placed around that date. I only placed ONE delivery order, and absolutely DID NOT place a second order from store ***** following the incidence. I will NEVER order from store ***** again! I have an inclination that the manager I spoke with did something as retaliation to ensure I did not receive my refund. At minimum, I would like a full immediate refund for the pizzas that I paid for and did not receive.

GetHuman-tgenevie did not yet indicate what Domino's Pizza should do to make this right.
