I ordered some food while I was at work. Me and several others have ordered from your establishment on many occasions. I work in a hospital and sometimes the only thing we can order in bulk is pizza. I have known your service is to be exceptional. But I had an issue with the directions on the online order being ignored and my food was not delivered, but it did show it delivered online. I called the store here in Grand junction and inquired. I was told that I could not be found. I was waiting at the entrance on the instructions for better than ** minutes. They told me they would resend the order and arrived with cold food ** minutes later. I refused the order and called the store again. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that it would be done. The manager also stated that they would no longer deliver to me at any location. I am just curious why I am being punished for their oversight? I put full instruction in the order. They never have a problem delivering to the same spot almost every night.
