Yesterday I ordered a pizza and I went to pick it up when I got there not only did they not make my order which I called and placed ** or ** minutes ahead of time I had away again because I placed an order while I was in the store visit because they didn't make the pizza that I ordered the first time I ordered a five topping large with pepperoni sausage Canadian bacon onions bell pepper and pineapple I paid extra for that onions and when I got home I realize that they didn't put any onions on it there is no onions on the pizza whatsoever so I called and I talk to the lady Sunday night at the Dominos pizza on Harbor Boulevard before **th St. and I spoke with herI mention that the pizza did not have any onions when I paid extra for the onions and she was on the phone she told me that they are going to close in about ** minutes that she would credit my account under my phone number ***-***-**** when I called Today Monday I spoke with Alexis Napoli and she told me that she didn't see a creditfor the pizza that was made wrong I also was told that the lady that was working yesterday was not going to be until next week and and normally I always see the other lady working I think she's one of the managers and so I was under the impression that I was going to be able to get my pizza that they made a mistake on tonight and I was pretty bummed out that I wasn't able to receive any pizza do you to the fact of the managers negligence I understand that the place gets busy and everything but but she forgot to credit my phone number I mean I would think that she would've remembered that I would want to pizza or the next day if available since I called the day before but she told me you guys are closing in on it's not my fault that mean she made a mistake now it's two mistakes and now I don't get it you pizza today or yesterday because of their mistake can you please get back to me ASAP because I would like to eat a pizza thank you bye
