Someone used my online account to order pizza in NY, I live in NM (about **** miles away!)*I DID NOT ORDER THIS PIZZA!!! I got an email this morning in regard to the order, the order still had my phone number. They just changed the address. The address who ordered the pizza is ***** GUY R BREWER BLVD *J, JAMAICA, NY *****-**** and the order number is *******. I am broke and cannot afford this charge. I called the store that they ordered from (Store number **** and their number is ***-***-****, this info is on the email confirmation for the order). I called the store and Naline (the manager on duty right now) said that I am the second person to call today about a fraudulent charge and that she can't do anything about it other than to tell me to cancel my card (which I did first thing). She was surprised that I had the address of the place where the order was made, I guess the first person who called about a fraudulent charge didn't have the info I did. You should always check if the card holder is present, or at least have some security measure on the website that sends an alert when an address is changed to a totally different state. I can't believe your business failed to protect my bank account. Thanks for ******** my day up. I have no money and this is a huge problem in general. Fix this!!
