On Friday Feb *st, I placed an order with the Dominos located at ** W *th St*Cincinnati, OH *****. It was an Order of the “Mix and Match” deal, * medium pizzas, and a * Liter of Sprite amounting in $**. I placed the order at **am for delivery to *** W *th St. Cincinnati, Oh *****. I was quoted ** to ** Min. However, an hour had past so I decided to call the location at *am to check on the Status of my order. When I called I was greeted with just “Hello”. I asked for an update on my order and the woman put me on hold. When she came back she informed me that particular location does not deliver to the current address. I asked why I was not informed before the completion of the order and before I had already given my card information to pay for the transaction, and she replied with “I don’t know, they should have told you. If I would have taken your order I would have told you. Everyone that lives at that apartment knows we don’t deliver there. No one calls and make delivery orders from there.” I asked to speak to a manager and she replied “I am the Manager”. She did not want to take any responsibility for her employee’s mistake or accountability for the miscommunication between them. As a Customer I should not have to find out that my order was cancelled by calling * hour after the order was confirmed and already payed for. When I asked her what would’ve happened if I never called she replied “ I don’t know, the money goes back on your card”. That is unacceptable. *I would like a $** voucher on my next order to make up for my lost time and held funds I planned to use for that meal. I understand restaurants at **am can be stressful but this particular customer service experience was some of the worst for me. I’m positive we can work this out.
