Help with my Domino's Pizza issue

I ordered a pizza online upon delivery I paid when I opened the pizza box I realized it was not what I ordered,so I called our local dominos store in Wilmington California to let them know they delivered the wrong pizza. The person who picked up was annoyed and placed me "on hold" I was able to hear him talk to someone else and explain to them what I called about. Somebody came back and just hung up the phone. I called back and said someone accidentally hung up the phone and continued to say that I had just called in regards to a wrong order that was delivered. I was placed "on hold" again while the person talked to someone. He then came back and said he was the "assistant manager" for the moment because they dont have a manager there at the time so he had to resolve my issue. He then proceeded to tell me that all he could do was pick up the pizza they delivered if it was untouched and send me my original order for free. I said what do you mean for free I already paid for it. He said "exactly so im not charging you again why do you feel you would get a free pizza " I became very upset because I never asked for a free pizza! " Robert " who is the "assistant manager" at the Wilmington Ca. Dominos, began raising his voice and I quickly asked him to lower it. I dont know how a manager could have such bad customer service. He also said I would have to wait another ** mins. For them to make the pizza and deliver it to me again and they will take the untouched pizza back for free. I became very angry and asked him how I could reach the owner of their dominos branch and he said i cant. My husband decided to drive to their branch and take the pizza back and demand a refund. I have never delt with such incompetent and very rude managers or employees .
