I work for a Terminal Manager for USXpress in Jacksonville Florida. I am trying to get a receipt for pizza that was purchased and delivered November **, **** to **** Florida Mining Blvd., Jacksonville, Fl. *****. While the Terminal Manager was on vacation Dana Rhatigan this week I was asked to sign for the pizza’s ordered by Nancy Oglesby which works in HR. I am on light duty and am just trying to be helpful while being allowed to keep my job after being rearended by a semi truck while sitting at a red light and the the driver of the semi took off without seeing if I was even on or not. Long story short I was told to sign for the ** pizza’s Ordered for the drivers here at USXpress for the Wednesday Lunch they provide every Wednesday but in doing so I asked the delivery person from Dominos if my Manager usually put a tip on it and he got angry and say he was going to stop delivering here because she did not tip. He also took all the receipts back with him and did not give me one. Here lies my problem— if I can not get the receipt there will be a ***-*** dollar fee I will have to pay for these pizzas I did not order or eat. I was the worker told to go to the driver lounge and sign for the pizza when the delivery arrives and make sure each driver gets three pieces of pizza one bag of chips and one drink. I called and spoke to James at ***-***-**** where the pizzas were ordered from and he said he would have to get his district manager to print the receipt on *****. I called back ***** and James told me I would have to speak to his manager that comes in at * pm William. I asked him for the District managers number but was unable to obtain it. Now my Terminal Manager here at **** Florida Mining Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida ask me every time I see her “we’re you able to get that receipt?” Which I am now seeking help to get this to Dana Rhatigan at D*****@***.com cell****-***-****. Office number ***-***-**** Ext ****. My name is Sheri Sawyer and if someone could help me get her a receipt for the ** pizzas we purchased so neither my Terminal manager nor myself end up paying for the companies pizza that were told to order for their drivers it would be greatly appreciated we only need the receipt to turn into our corporate offices. If we can not get our receipt corporate will take it out of our check. Can you please help us. The order had different type of pizzas * was pepperoni and sausage, another was cheese, another was pepperoni and another was bell peppers and onion is all I can remember you can contact me Sheri Sawyer At ***-***-**** or ***-***-**** with any questions because I was the person that signed for the order and desperately need a receipt so I am not charged not my terminal manager is charged for the ***-*** $’s spent on these pizza’s.
