I ordered the pizza and watched on the tracker. It was in QA for over ** minutes. Delivery took another *** minutes. Pizza arrived cold. Called the store. Told manager that the pizza was cold and the thin crust was soggy. Said I had watched the tracker. I was told it was under warming lights for ** minutes and in a hot bag. I mentioned the tracker. He told me I should not watch that since it was wrong. He said pizza always took **-** minutes and that just because I was told **-** minutes I should think an hour. When I told him that everything I said he had contradicted and that I must be wrong and should call corporate, he then asked if I wanted another pizza or credit. I paid cash. I tipped the driver over $* on the $** and change order. I have to call the store to use a credit. I was on hold for ** minutes when I called. Why would I order from him again when my cold, soggy pizza is what I ordered?
