I placed a carry out order at location-- **** Patrick Dr. Burlington, KY ***** ***-***-**** * ******* at *:** P. m. * Order number ** Server **** *I ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni along with Garlic bread twists & a pasta dish.*The problem is the pizza had almost no sauce on it. It was so dry I could not eat it. They also gave me some kind of garlic balls that looked like a kid had rolled them with their hands, instead of the twists I had ordered *They did not bother to advise me that they were out of the garlic twists and had put the other bread in the box instead- until I called to complain about the problems with both items upon returning home with the food. I called them to complain but they kept changing the type of compensation offered for the bad order I had received. They offered no apologies or remorse about the bad customer service experience I had either. I felt like the male manager there believed that II just wanted something for free. The female manager*cashier seemed to be more understanding. *After it’s all said and done, I would like to receive some sort of compensation for this bad experience. *Violet Singleton **** Rogers Ln.
