Be compensated for the dry, tasteless pizza that I did NOT get. ... For delivery @ *:** pm on May **, I ordered a *-topping medium pizza with light cheese, extra sauce and a side of cinnamon bread twists. The order number is ****** at the **** S Grand Blvd location in St Louis MO. The ordered arrived @ *:** pm. I thought I could eat the pizza and had *.* slices* however, there was very little sauce. So, I called and asked how did the order get fouled up. No apology given. The manager said the ingredients are weighed and I could not get a replacement pizza since I had over * slices. Then, I said I would come by the store to get containers of sauce. She said come by and get them. Once again, no apology. Then, to add injury to insult, I had to buy (order number******) the sauce that was not on my pizza to begin with.
