Went to the Rockland, MA store to pick up an $***.** online order. Manager belligerently stated “well, she will have to **** well wait, won’t she” when she was informed a customer was waiting to pick up an order. When she finally left her office, she gave me a dirty look and walked the other way. I waited at the store for ten minutes before leaving without getting any assistance. The other associates were pleasant and could tell I was getting irate at the lack of service. I called and tried to get the name and number of the district or regional manager, but *-***-***-TREE claims they do not have access to regional manager information. I would like to verify that my order is cancelled and to be contacted by a district or regional manager.*Renee Butler
