I appreciate shopping at DOLLAR TREE since it allows me to buy affordable goods and food items in the right quantities for a single person like me. The store in Prescott, AZ where I usually shop is always clean and well-organized. However, I recently visited another location in Naples, Florida, and was disappointed by the messy state of the store. I have encountered similar issues in other stores as well, which I initially attributed to the busy holiday season. I believe maintaining store cleanliness is vital for customer satisfaction. I have been following your company's financial updates and hope you continue to offer items at $1, as it benefits lower-income individuals like myself. Thank you for expanding your grocery selection. I prefer shopping at DOLLAR TREE over competitors who are increasing their prices. Keeping prices stable for 30 years is impressive, and I believe improving store conditions could attract more customers. I am a loyal customer and wish your company continued success. Your dedication to providing affordable products is commendable. Thank you for considering my feedback. - Jan R.

Yesterday, a serious incident occurred at West Roxbury Store #[redacted]. I purchased 9 tall candles and declined a box when asked by the cashier, a young woman. At one point, I requested a plastic bag, which led to the cashier yelling at me. I asked her to stop, but her behavior escalated, making me fear for my safety. I had to involve the manager, Steven, who swiftly resolved the situation by packing the items and apologizing. Despite a possible language barrier, the cashier's aggressive demeanor was unwarranted and concerning. Dollar Tree should provide additional training for staff to prevent future confrontations. It's crucial for customers to be treated respectfully, without hostility or aggression.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address the ongoing issue I have encountered with the unavailability of a specific product at your stores. Despite my repeated attempts to purchase the Long Acting Cough Relief Gels in bulk, I have faced disappointment due to out-of-stock items and delivery mishaps. This has led me to buy alternative products elsewhere at higher prices, causing unnecessary expenses. The delay in receiving my order compounded my frustration. After a lengthy phone call to follow up on the missing delivery, I was only offered a refund or the option to wait for a reshipment, with no additional compensation for the inconvenience caused. The overall lack of stock and poor customer service I have experienced has left me feeling disheartened. I urge you to either ensure the availability of advertised products or remove them from your inventory to avoid misleading customers. I had hoped for a swift resolution to this matter with the request for expedited shipping, but unfortunately, this was not accommodated. As a loyal customer, I believe that efficient service is crucial, especially during essential seasons like cold and flu outbreaks. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to improve the stocking and delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, CL

On Sunday at 3:00 pm, I visited Dollar Tree on International Drive. When I went to pay, I accidentally left my wallet at the checkout counter. After realizing I had forgotten it, I returned to the cashier who served me. The lady kindly told me, "Yes, you left it here, please wait for the manager to give it to you." The cashier informed the manager that the wallet belonged to me, to which she replied that she had allegedly given my wallet to someone else who asked for it without requesting an ID. I insisted that she should not hand over a wallet without asking for ID to confirm its ownership, and she claimed it was already given away. I mentioned calling the police and filing a report, which made the manager very nervous and she asked me to wait for a moment. As she left the counter, she covered something small with a towel, which clearly was my wallet hidden near the checkout area. She went into the office and shut the door. Shortly after, she returned with my wallet retrieved from a drawer. The manager lied to steal my wallet, money, and personal documents. I had mentioned they were in my wallet, that I was visiting, and leaving the country the next day. It is immoral, disrespectful, and unprofessional to have someone with these qualities working in your company. Everything can be verified through your security cameras. I request the immediate dismissal of this woman. The cashier who assisted me was excellent, very kind, and professional. She should be the manager.

I recently purchased five balloons from the Dollar Tree in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. I paid in advance and arranged for my daughter to pick them up later. Unfortunately, when she arrived, she was told there was no helium and was directed to another store 20 minutes away. Despite the confusion, she eventually received the balloons after some back and forth. One of the balloons deflated quickly, which was disappointing. When I spoke to the manager at the original Dollar Tree location, he was unhelpful and accused me of being rude when I explained the situation. Even though I spend a decent amount of money at their store regularly, the manager only offered a small credit for the failed balloon, refusing to reimburse the full amount. His attitude was disrespectful and dismissive, which was very disappointing given my loyalty as a customer. I hope this feedback will address the poor management at this particular Dollar Tree branch.

The store in my neighborhood is experiencing a significant decline in business due to restrictions on cash back for debit card users. Despite offering this service, they do not allow customers who frequent the plasma center to access cash back, which seems unjust to me. Regardless of where the card originates, all patrons making purchases should have equal access to this benefit. The pervasive signs stating "no cash back with debit cards" upon entering the store appear discriminatory towards individuals in lower socioeconomic brackets. I am bothered by this policy and believe it may be deterring multiple potential customers from shopping there. My main concern is understanding the store's official stance on cash back and customer transactions, and if there is a way to address and rectify this issue.

I am an employee at the Dollar Tree on Brighton Avenue in Portland, Maine. I have been trying to get in touch with you repeatedly, as well as my District Manager and the Department of Health and Human Services who are handling my child support payments. Around a month ago, DHHS adjusted the amount to be deducted from my pay to $14.50 bi-weekly. However, despite our numerous attempts via phone, email, and fax to correct this, my recent paycheck was still over $[redacted], which you deducted and sent to DHHS. This large deduction is causing financial strain as it is more than required for my child support obligations. Please rectify this error promptly and contact me at your earliest convenience, as we have been unsuccessful in receiving a response from you despite our repeated attempts to communicate. Please reach out to me either by email or by calling my cell phone at [redacted].

I visited the Hadley, Massachusetts store for the third time this month, and I felt it was in poor condition. I mainly shop there for work-related items, as I would not choose it for personal shopping. The aisles were cluttered with unpacked boxes, shelves were empty, and items were disorganized. There was a notable lack of effort in maintaining the store, as evidenced by plastic tablecloths left on the floor instead of being displayed properly. The carpet was also quite dirty. I believe that if the employees focused more on work rather than chatting, the store would greatly improve. Hiring dedicated employees, investing in proper management, and offering higher wages could make a significant difference. I plan to shop at the Greenfield store instead, as I appreciate the well-organized and friendly team there.

To the CEO & President of Dollar Tree Store Corporation, I experienced extended hold times when calling your customer service line, with a disconnection after 25 minutes, and subsequent 60-minute wait times on my second attempt. Consequently, I was unable to resolve my concerns directly. I wish to express my disappointment in a specific employee at store [redacted], Becky. This experience contradicts my usual positive encounters at Dollar Tree Stores. I regret not escalating my concerns earlier. My recent interaction with Becky highlighted her unwillingness to assist customers promptly, leading to unnecessary dissatisfaction. Despite opportunities for a quick resolution, Becky chose a less customer-friendly approach. Observing Becky's lack of initiative in supporting cashiers during busy periods further showcased her poor customer service skills, hindering efficient checkout processes for patrons. I believe it's imperative to discuss these issues with the Regional Manager promptly. I would appreciate the Regional Vice President to contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] to address these concerns. Thank you, Alan Bryant

I visited Dollar Tree store #[redacted] in Adel, GA today and bought items totaling $13, including sports cards for my son. One pack of the cards was only .01 as per the receipt. I informed my son, who went back into the store to buy more at the same price, but the cashier, Selena, declined to sell them to him and took them away. This situation occurred previously at this store. These are older cards from [redacted], and my son was left disappointed. Dollar Tree should consider removing items not intended for sale from their shelves, and I believe customers should be allowed to purchase multiple packs for .01 each. This issue needs attention, especially since we are regular customers at this Dollar Tree location.

I would like to raise a concern regarding a cashier named Sandra at the Newark, NJ store #[redacted]. I found her behavior towards me and my mother to be rude and disrespectful. Despite asking if she was going to open her register around 1 pm on 3/8/[redacted], she initially said no and then unexpectedly opened it shortly after. When my mother decided to join the line, Sandra abruptly closed her lane, claiming she was closed, and walked away laughing. Her actions left me feeling confused and disrespected. This experience has made me hesitant about returning to this store in the future.

I had a disappointing experience at the store I visited. The staff were unprofessional and rude. The store was playing vulgar music on the radio, and the employees were loudly yelling across the store at each other. The cashier I encountered was impolite, making me put my basket back and then dumping its contents onto the conveyor belt with a terrible attitude. She also placed all my items in just one bag, making it heavy and inconvenient to carry. This whole experience left me feeling upset, and I have decided that I will not be returning to that location as long as Michelle is employed there, even though the receipt had the name Cheryl on it.

I recently visited store number [redacted] and had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member named Katrina. She appeared irritated by the number of items I purchased, was slow to address my concerns about a ripped bag, and was rude in her response. I was even charged for the damaged bag. Speaking to the manager did not resolve the issue as she seemed indifferent. As a frequent customer, spending over $50 each visit as a teacher, I'm disappointed by the service I received. I will no longer be shopping there and will make sure to share my experience with fellow teachers, potentially taking their business elsewhere. Despite the inconvenience of traveling further, I plan to shop at the 99 cents store in the future, as I refuse to tolerate feeling like a burden when making purchases.

I want to raise a concern about my recent experiences at the Dollar Tree store located at [redacted] Landry Drive, New Iberia, Louisiana [redacted]. On 2/28/19, as I shopped for $[redacted].00 worth of gifts for my church anniversary, the store manager followed me suspiciously and was incredibly rude. Despite paying for my items, the unpleasant incident continued when I returned on 3/6/19 to shop for an additional $[redacted].00 in gifts. Once again, I was harassed and accused of stealing, even prompting a comment at the register to check my non-existent purse. I am frustrated and upset by this treatment, and I plan to inform local news stations and the newspaper to warn others from shopping there. I believe I deserve compensation in the form of a $[redacted].00 gift card for these distressing encounters. I hope to resolve this matter without legal action, but I'm prepared to involve my lawyer if necessary.

I had an upsetting experience at a store tonight. I arrived at 9:01 p.m. thinking they were open until 10 p.m., as their website states. However, I was asked to leave. When I tried to explain my situation to the cashier, she was rude and unhelpful, refusing to assist me. She mentioned the store number might be [redacted], located at [redacted] Malabar Road in Palm Bay, Florida. My name is H. G., and my phone number is [redacted]. Despite leaving my email, I prefer a phone call to address this issue. The treatment I received left me feeling humiliated and distressed, especially considering my long history in the medical field. I hope for a resolution to this situation and look forward to hearing from someone via phone tomorrow.

I recently worked at Dollar Tree, but I am deeply disappointed by the management practices. Despite putting in extra hours and going above and beyond, the lack of appreciation from managers like Savannah is disheartening. The wages at Dollar Tree do not meet living expenses, making it challenging for employees to make ends meet. No one should have to endure constant criticism and condescension in the workplace. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of treating employees with respect and recognition. If I had an employee complain about me the way I am now, I would feel ashamed and take immediate action to rectify the situation.

Hello, my name is Dallin Harris, and I want to share my recent experience at my local Dollar Tree in Belle Vernon, PA [redacted]. On March 21st, I visited the store to purchase some dollar trading cards. While browsing, the store manager accused me of stealing 50 packs of cards and claimed she had previously told me not to return, which was news to me. She described me as the culprit but could not provide any evidence when I asked. Despite explaining that I had just returned from vacation and couldn't have been involved, she still allowed me to purchase the cards while muttering under her breath. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided not to buy anything and left, urging her to find proof that aligns with her accusations. I appreciate efforts to prevent theft but hope to resolve this misunderstanding to continue shopping at the store without further allegations.

Yesterday afternoon, I visited the store at Northridge Plaza on Roswell Rd in Atlanta, GA. I encountered a cashier who had been rude to me a couple of months ago. While waiting in line, a couple spoke up about her behavior, as they also witnessed her rudeness multiple times. I encouraged the lady to report the incident to Corporate, as the cashier was indeed impolite. The manager overheard the conversation from another cash register and threatened to close the store if the discussion continued. During my payment, I inquired about a message on the credit card machine, and the cashier rudely claimed ignorance about the device. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with her response and suggested improving customer service, the manager intervened and told me to be quiet. As I left, I asked for the manager's name, and he dismissively replied, "there is the door." Despite numerous thoughts crossing my mind, I simply informed him that I would escalate the matter to Corporate. Treating customers in such a manner is unacceptable.

I recently had a frustrating experience at the Dollar Tree at the shopping center on Lake Worth Rd and Jog Rd in Greenacres, Florida. While waiting in a long line with only one checkout open, an associate called the manager, who was dismissive and rude when asked for backup. Despite customers' complaints, he took his time stocking shelves instead of helping with the checkout. When a new register finally opened, the manager's behavior was so disrespectful that many customers refused to be checked out by him. I was third in line and after receiving my change, I informed him of my intention to report his attitude towards customers. It was a disappointing encounter that highlighted his lack of regard for both employees and customers.
