Hello, *My name is Susan Argenio (Emp. *********) I have provided an employee number but not sure if I am an employee.*Email: *****@***.com*Phone: ***-***-*****Regarding Cottonwood, AZ store*Manager: Al**My story:**I interviewed and hired on with Al on Thursday, **********. All paperwork was filled out and completed on Friday ********. I was told that the schedules were made up on Fridays and that Al would call me Saturday or Sunday with my schedule.*No call from Al on Saturday or Sunday.*I called Al’s cell on Monday morning and left a message. No return call.*I went into the store and talked to Al about Wednesday of the same week. Said he would call me. No callback from Al.*I called again on Saturday ******* and wow he actually answered. Told me to report to work on Sunday, ******* from *pm – *pm and was also scheduled for ******* from **am – *pm. Had to rush out and buy appropriate clothing.*Went to work on *******. Got my employee number and my badge. Clocked in o n cash register and observed cashiering * hours. No hands on training. After the * hours of observing I went in to the cash register to begin my cashiering. My badge*employee number would not let me clock into the cashier portion in order to begin to cashier. I was told to do shelving and did so until time to go home.*Went to work on *******. I was able to clock in but not could not log into the register to cashier. I observed cashier for * hours and did some go backs while my employee number was looked into.** hours into my shift I was able to get onto a register. Yay! I had no one observe me while I got started checking even for a few minutes for hands on training. I was just turned loose in it.*I made it through those * hours.*I was then scheduled to work on ******** from *pm – *pm and again on ******** from *pm – *pm.*On ******** I went in and could not even clock in on the register. After waiting for about an hour * I was sent home and Al was going to look into it. Keep in mind I was not paid for that hour * nor did I expect to be because I did not actually work. Al was going to look into it again.*On ******** I was about ready to go to work and I got a call from another associate. She told me Al wanted me to call him on Monday, ********, and he would explain what was happening with my badge. I asked about the shift I had been scheduled for that day and was told they were over staffed so not to bother to go in.*I called Al on ********, *st thing in the morning as told to. Left him a message. Again no return call. *I went into the store on ******** to see if I could talk to Al that way. I was told that something had happened to my employee number and I had to re-apply for the job from scratch. Al made an appointment with me for ******** at *:**am to begin that process all over again. True to my nature I arrived a little early. The door was lock and I flagged down an associate and told her I had an appointment with Al at *:**am. She locked the door and informed Al that I was there. I was not let into the store until a few minutes after *am when the store opened. Al was then in a staff meeting so I shopped around for about an hour. Finally Al came out and told me that he was looking into my employee number with HR and he would call me back that day. Well guess what? He never called me back.*That Friday that I had the *:**am appt., ******** was their pay day. I had mentioned while talking to Al that I had not been paid by auto deposit for my work on **** and ****. He as not concerned with it and told that it takes a while. HUH??? *Today is ******** and I have yet to hear back from Al or be paid and sadly do not expect either.*I was so very excited about this job and do not feel like I deserved to be jerked around in such a manner and not to be paid on top of it.*There is something very wrong here.**I’m not sure what to do now but I will NOT be calling Al again.*Now what?***Susan Argenio
