Get you to send me a notice of intent to send me an order and give me the chance to add or subtract items, you have quit doing that you just send me what you **** well please. ... This is the sixth time I have contacted you about your ****** customer LACK OF SERVICE and to never send be any product again. Now you have charged me $**.** again with no request from me. Credit my account immediately for the charge. I can only assume you have grown popular and think your five year customers don't deserve attention.
