I called last week after you process the payment for $** on my account and I asked the account rep to please credit that back and cancel this month ship. He proceeded to tell me that the shipment had already been sent but he would go ahead and he had authorization to post a credit back on the account. Well guess what the account credit never happened and I created nsf's on my regular bank account due to that promise that was made by your company. In lieu of that unfulfilled promise you are more than welcome as a matter of fact I demand that you cancel my account Scott Caldwell s Caldwell *** at yahoo.com my phone number is ***-***-**** cancel my account permanently and have a great day
