I am extremely pissed off with your company. My debit card has now been charged TWICE . Once back in July **th **** I never received ,my razors so I canceled my subscription with your company. Then I was charged again on ********** and again still have not received any razors. I did get an email stating that my package has shipped and that was over * weeks ago. I click on track my package and the last updated info was on **********. There is no way that it takes that long to receive my razors. If you look back through my order history you will see that I've order the trial of $*.** which I did received that order and I really liked your product so much that I switch from Harry's to you guys. I am super disappointed that I made this switch and I will be telling all my friends that use your company to stop and let them know why if this is not resolved in a timely manner. I am expecting for your company to either make it right by refunding me for both orders in July and October or actually receiving both of my paid for orders. You may reach me at ***-***-****.
