This is the second email I have sent re this issue, and I am getting to the point of cancelling my monthly plan after being a customer for over *years. I have been requesting a shipment of two razors because the one I had dropped and broke I now have * months of razors that I have not been able to use and had to purchase razor from store. I tried to add to my order without success. I have requested two because this is the second one that broke and I want to make sure I have a back up. Please be advised if you do not reply to this email I will cease to be a customer. Please reply to g.
