I sent Dollar Shave Club the following message via Facebook messenger minutes after my order was made incorrectly*promo code not applied after it showed a bar at the top of the page saying it WAS applied after i entered it. They had time to ship my order but apparently did NOT have time to reply to my message or look at it and correct it. At this point i am becoming furious feeling scammed and have no problem loud capping you all over social media so that no one buys from you again if someone doesn’t respond to me and and correct the amount i was charged. I should’ve been charged only $* for my extra handle and $* should have been taken off with promo code & the extra $* needs to be taken off that u OVER Charged me! So the $** i was charged should be changed to $* with a $* refund immediately! & if u want to play games and say the promo is not valid if i add something extra then i will send all the **** back and u can refund me in full!*“I placed my order for a starter kit and one extra handle and used promo code FREEMONTH my total came out to be $** however my promo code was not applied and y’all actually charged my card $** so I need to speak with someone to get this corrected so I can apply my promo code and my card be charge for the correct amount! Not Happy!!”
