The issue in GetHuman-jmcirell's own words
I bought two razors in ****, one for my & one for me. Both have broke (metal clip) while trying to load or trying to remove a new blade from the cartridge. My wife’s broke * weeks ago then mine last week. *Now I have two *-packs of blades & no razors. I’ve have had to buy disposable razors for us. I feel the razors should last longer. What can be done?
