We took a Dodge Caravan mini van into a Dodge Dealership, because the sliding accordion door on the console allows items to fall into opening under the door. The item was a driver's license. Dodge should alert drivers concerning this problem. In order to retrieve the license, two clips need to be removed which takes approximately * to ** minutes. We waited to have this done for approximately one hour. It did not take an hour to complete this task, but there were other customers in front of us. When we were called to come and get the vehicle, we went to the desk to pay our bill. We were flabbergasted when we were told that we owed $***.** for a ten minute job! Needless to say, we will never go to a dealership again for a simple ** minute job that a technician can perform with no assistance!
