I bought my **** Dodge journey in may of ****. I have not had my vehicle a full year yet. I have had to take my vehicle to walker jones service department in waycross ga several times for my vehicle shutting off in the middle of traffic. They say they fixed the problem but every time I get my vehicle back. It does the samething. Today March **,**** I picked my truck up from Walker Jones after picking it up and dropping it of after ** minutes of driving it * weeks ago for the same problem, and before that I dropped it off to them on jan *th for the same problem,and upon turning my truck on today the check engine light was on. I refuse to go back there. They seen the check engine light on and swear they can not duplicate the concerns. I have gotten FCA involved and have a case worker by the name of Maria helping me. Since I have had my vehicle I have not drove it a whole month yet. When it is at the service department at Walker Jones, they have my vehicle for months. Everytime they say they fix it. The same problem occur again and I end up taking it back to them not even a week later after picking it up. Today March ** ****, me and my * kids were leaving the dealership and the vehicle cut off in the middle of me turning. I almost got hit by a semi truck. This vehicle is unsafe. I can not drive this vehicle for work or with my kids. Walker Jones is not doing there job. I can't believe that the dealership they just bought out, sold me a brand new used lemon. Im afraid for my life in this vehicle. Every day driving has become scarey in this truck. It seems as if no one cares about me and my children. My husband is overseas in another country, he can't be here to help me out. If anything happen to us while he's abroad, driving this lemon I purchased, what will he come back to the states to? I don't know what to do or where to turn. I am asking help to get out of this vehicle and get into a safer vehicle for the sake of my kids.
