When operating the vehicle on an icy down hill, I stopped at the top, shifted into neut, placed the drive into * low, waited for the vehicle to engage the proceeded down hill at under * mi per hr. The vehicle pushed me down hill approx ** yards uncontrollably. I called to ask if this was normal, if I was operating improperly or if there might be a defect. Your representative was unhelpful, very rude and even stated, "If you bought a diamond, you would not call a shoe store for the answer." I reminded her that I bought a DODGE and that I had called DODGE with my question. After ** min of her trying to avoid answering me she finally offered the answer that yes, this was how the vehicle should operate but refused to answer any other questions. My family could have been hurt, I was polite and this is how I was treated. You can fix the situation by telling me why the vehicle operates in this manor, what should I have done to operate the vehicle safely given the situation and having a talk with your rep. I am a business owner as well and I understand that finding workers that actually care is rough now a days, but this is unacceptable. Mike Reams
