I am calling to ask for a refund on Canadian resident tickets. I purchased the tickets in February of ****, and they were going to be used in May ****. I know the use-by date has been extended for all Canadian resident promotional tickets until December ****, however because of the pandemic I lost my job, and I can no longer afford to take the trip. The Canadian borders are also still closed and they are penalizing international travellers with costly hotel stays upon return to the country, and officials have said that may not change for over a year. Finally, I was going to take the trip with my mother to celebrate my graduation, but she has cardiac arrhythmia, which places her in a very high risk category, and it is not advisable for her to travel for the foreseeable future. I know you don’t usually offer refunds, but with current Canadian exchange rate, the tickets are worth over $*** dollars Canadian, and having that money back would help me so significantly right now. Thank you for your time
