FIND OUT WHY OUR CAR WAS TOWED?! I WANT TO SEE EVIDENCE, A PHOTOGRAPH OR VIDEO OF WHY*HOW IT QUALIFIED TO BE TOWED AWAY! ... Hello.. I cant find any phone number for Disneyland security or parking service but i did come across this on your site, i really hope you can help me!! okay so, my Mom's SUV was towed tonight from the Disneyland parking structure. She is in a wheelchair and was parked in a handicap parking spot, as she has always done. She has an annual pass and is aware of all the rules and obeys them. Which is why she was distraught and confused when she found out that her car was gone and had been towed away, even though her valid state issued handicap parking permit was visible on her dashboard!! She was all alone and ended up taking a taxi home, i had to run out and pay for it bc she didnt have enough cash on her. When i asked her what happened, she was so UPSET that she started crying bc she didnt know what to do and why this happened! So, I would like to know why did they tow her vehicle when she was parked in the proper space, as well as having the proper documentation showing*present in clear view? Where did it get towed to? How can I contact them to pick it up? and how much is this MISTAKE going to cost? Any information you can provide me with will be greatly appreciated!! ***her vehicle information is as follows:*-Toyota Sequoia SUV*-dark gray color*-licence plate *EAC****-Towed on *********Thank you in advance for your service and time!!
THAT TOWING OUR CAR WAS A MISTAKE! A HANDICAP PARKING PERMIT WAS IN PLAIN VIEW. THIS IS SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE. VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING!!
HELP ME FIND THE CAR! WHY AND WHERE WAS IT TOWED TO? REIMBURSE US FOR ANY FEES THAT WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. (IE:TOW FEES, IMPOUND YARD, TAXI, ETC..) THE CAR SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TOWED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
WE HAVE BEEN LOYAL DISNEYLAND ANNUAL PASS HOLDERS FOR MORE THAN ** YEARS.
CONTACTING POLICE DEPT IN THE A.M. ABOUT THIS MATTER..
