I have been unwittingly charged between $30 to $34 monthly from an online survey I took last year, promising to earn $[redacted] without mentioning any membership fees. I urgently need to cancel my subscription with the Disney Movie Club. I do not own a DVD player and am unable to contact customer service during business hours due to my work schedule. These movies are not something I need as I do not have children to watch them. I have been repeatedly charged monthly and continue to receive DVDs, despite my attempts to cancel. I am open to sending back all the DVDs, although I am unsure if I can receive a refund. This situation originated from falling for an ad, and I have no use for the videos. I am unsure about who created the account in my name or how they obtained my bank details. Despite canceling with your service three times and updating my banking information, I am still being charged $29.99. This is the third instance, and I am requesting a refund to my bank account. I did not authorize the Disney Movies Club to withdraw money from my account. Despite multiple requests to stop, they continue to take money without notice. I demand a full refund and cancellation of my account, subscription, and membership. I do not want any further association with Disney Movies Club due to their repeated and unacceptable actions. Their behavior is misleading, sending letters saying one thing and acting differently. I insist on a complete refund of all charged amounts this morning and instruct them to cease sending any movies or mail. I submitted an order form specifying that I did not want the "Turning Red" movie, yet I see I am being charged for it along with three additional movies besides the "Encanto" and "The Internals" that I ordered. I have already received "Encanto," so I only intend to order "The Internals" in the upcoming June order. I will not accept any charges on my card for "Turning Red," as I did not request it. Kindly cancel my May order completely, as I no longer wish to receive anything from that order. Once I purchase the five movies outlined in my contract, I plan to cancel my subscription. I am disappointed by the unwanted movies being added to my orders, especially those with themes of bullying and inappropriate language in children's movies. Thank you.

I received a package in the mail today from the Disney Movie Club containing 3 movies. The order number is #J[redacted]1, Membership number is [redacted]5, and the invoice date is 05/04/22. The package states that I don't owe any fees, but I did not sign up for a membership and do not wish to have one. I do not want to receive any more items from the Disney Movie Club as I have not made any purchases from this site. I have attempted to call but have been unable to reach anyone for assistance.

I need assistance with returning 4 tapes for a refund. I previously spoke with a Disney representative who advised me to send the tapes back for a credit to my credit card. Unfortunately, I am unsure of the correct address to return the tapes to. My husband is currently battling stage 4 cancer, which has required him to be hospitalized for the past 45 days, leaving me quite occupied. This is the third time an unauthorized charge has been deducted from my account, and I recently dealt with a similar issue just a month ago. I clearly stated that if there was another unauthorized charge, legal action would be taken. I want my money refunded immediately. I requested to be removed from your contact list previously, yet it seems you continued to take money without authorization. Please refund my money promptly and ensure all my information is removed from your records. I do not want any further communication from your company. I was erroneously charged $43.72 for a movie that I did not order. Despite returning it upon receipt, the charge remains on my Discover account. Kindly refund this amount promptly as I never selected or wanted this movie. Due to being in the hospital, I was unable to decline the movie when notified, which led to this misunderstanding. If crediting my Discover account is not possible, please issue a check for the same amount to rectify this error.

Hello, I am a VIP club member. I am waiting for all payments meant to be refunded for movies I never received. I have received three payments but am awaiting the fourth. I contacted my bank for verification, and they confirmed that not all refunds were processed. I also wish to close my membership and receive a refund for a promotional movie offer that I am not accepting. I have been paying for promotional movies, shipping, and handling without receiving any movies at the beginning of each month. Please close my account and arrange for the cancellation of any promotional movies along with reimbursements for these payments back into my account.
