Log in to pick movies to order and to view my monthly movie to send it or not. ... I signed up for the Disney movie club Thursday, January **st. It wouldn’t let me sign in, so I called Friday, February *st and the guy told me they just hadn’t reviewed my account yet, to give it a day or so and I should be able to log in. Well, here it is Wednesday, February *th, and I’m still not able to log in, but my card was charged!! How am I supposed to choose if I want my monthly movie every month?! Because I do not want to pay for something that I do not want!! I need answers, NOW!!
You have my card number and charged me for the $* movies that I picked out to start my subscription, and I can’t even log in to say if I want the monthly movie or not! I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DO NOT WANT!!
I either want them to fix the log in issue so I can buy movies from them and view my subscription, or I want them to delete the whole account so they can’t charge me for a monthly movie that I might not want!!
As a new customer I expected better of Disney!
