I recently purchased three movies from Disney Movie Club: "Avengers: Infinity War," "Coco," and "Prince of Persia: Sands of Time." Additionally, I ordered an "Infinity War" lithograph, a Dalmatian zipper pouch, and a Coco pin. However, in my order number G[redacted]-[redacted], I received the Infinity War lithograph and movie, the Coco movie, two Coco pins, "Maleficent," and "Avengers: Age of Ultron." I didn't receive the Dalmatians zipper pouch or the "Prince of Persia: Sands of Time" movie. This is the third time I've received the wrong movie. I was also charged for "Avengers: Age of Ultron," which I already own from Disney Movie Club. I'm disappointed as a loyal Disney customer. I may start buying my movies from Amazon if these mistakes continue. I expect to receive the correct items or will return the incorrect ones. I would like you to send me the Dalmatian zipper pouch and the movie "Prince of Persia: Sands of Time." I also request a refund for "Avengers: Age of Ultron." Hello, I am a Disney Movie Club member who received a letter stating I must fulfill my contract by September 29th. I purchased two movies and pre-ordered Incredibles 2 on August 30th. Despite not having received Incredibles 2 yet, I'm being charged $98.75. I already tried to fulfill my contract. Can you assist me in extending the deadline until the movie is released and delivered? I have already made payment for it.

My sister used my name to open an account a long time ago. She was charged with stealing my debit card and creating multiple accounts in my name, landing her in jail. You informed me that the account linked to her has been closed. Surprisingly, I am now receiving featured titles, although you had previously told me that I couldn't have an account due to her actions. If I am not allowed to have an account, I will not pay for this title. I have tried calling various lines but they all claim you are closed at 4:20 pm on a Saturday, even though the site states you are open until 6 pm. This situation is frustrating. Please either grant me an account or arrange for a return box to send the title back. I refuse to pay for shipping and provide more funds that I may never recover.

I encountered issues accessing my movie club account as it was disabled. Despite creating multiple new accounts, all were disabled right after setup. One managed to place an order and charge my account, but I am unable to sign in or find my email associated with it. Consequently, I keep receiving emails from Disney Movie Club, but my account seems nonexistent. Unable to log in, I was charged $43.42 for a movie of the month I couldn't decline. I seek recognition of my account's existence and ideally a refund for the movie purchase I couldn't reject due to login problems.

He sido cobrada dos veces este mes y me han enviado películas que no solicité. Por ejemplo, el 16 de noviembre de [redacted] me cobraron $40.39 y me enviaron 2 Blu-ray, uno de Los Increíbles 2 y Disney Mini Movies, los cuales no pedí ya que en ese momento estaba de viaje. Luego, el 27 de noviembre de [redacted] me volvieron a cobrar $33.90 sin mi consentimiento ni petición. Estoy molesta porque no se menciona que debitarán dinero de mi cuenta en cualquier momento y enviarán películas no solicitadas. Hello, I am Rebecca Orban. I have been facing numerous issues with the Disney Movie Club service. In October, I tried to cancel my membership, and I was assured that it was taken care of. However, on December 21st, $49.70 was deducted from my card without my authorization. When I contacted Disney Movie Club, they claimed I had to buy another movie for $19.95 before I could cancel, even though I did not want any more movies. The customer service representative denied that they took the $49.70, but my card company confirmed it was Disney Movie Club. I urgently need my money refunded and my membership canceled as previously requested. The false information provided to me has caused significant financial strain during the holiday season when I needed funds for Christmas shopping and bills.

I placed an order but have not received a shipment confirmation yet. I was informed by a representative that it would be shipped on the 14th, but I have not received any emails. The package is supposed to be delivered to my dorm, and I am concerned about the security as I have not been notified by my college either. It has been nearly 2 weeks now. I am unable to find the live chat option. I have sent two emails but have not received a response. Although I understand it was the Christmas period, I expected it to be shipped within the week. This delay is unusual for me. I am eager to receive the shipment confirmation along with the tracking number.

I was charged $40 on my debit card for 2 movies on February 15, [redacted], which I did not order. Now, there's another charge of $28 at 4 am for another movie that I did not authorize. I have attempted multiple times to cancel my account. Although I successfully canceled it previously, I am unable to locate the confirmation code. Your records will indicate that I have not made any recent orders. I only made one purchase with your service when I first signed up, ordering five movies. Despite not using the account, there are recurring monthly charges appearing on my bank statement by your company multiple times a month. I cannot understand why these charges are being debited since I do not utilize the service. Today, I noticed a charge of $40 on my account, which I respectfully request to be refunded. I am a single mother and cannot afford to spend money on a subscription that I do not benefit from. My previous order amounted to only $5, as you can verify from my order history. I urgently seek the cancellation of my account and a reimbursement of the charged amount.

I received a Disney Blu-ray DVD despite canceling my account. The package with the "Black Panther" Blu-ray was marked as refused and sent back. Despite this, I started receiving past due notices and was eventually sent to a collection agency. I did not order or keep the item, so I refuse to pay the $42.36. I recently received a charge of $55.30 for Blue Ray DVDs that I did not order. Despite declining the auto-shipment for the month, the DVDs were still sent to my home even though I typically receive packages at work. I have tried contacting customer service at DMC to resolve this issue but have only encountered automated messages and no response to my emails. I already own the movies on DVD and do not have a Blue Ray player. Once the TD Visa fraud/dispute department reverses the charge, I plan to cancel my membership since I have fulfilled all my obligations with DVD.

I recently contacted the hotline to cancel the featured title offer, but I was still charged $49.82 and received the unwanted movies. This situation is frustrating because the money taken from my account was meant for an essential bill I couldn't pay otherwise. I know I'll get a refund once I send the movies back, but I'm confused as to why I have to cover the shipping costs for items I never requested. This isn't the first time I've had to cancel the featured title and faced billing issues. Fortunately, on a prior occasion, there were no funds in my account for them to withdraw.

I am having trouble accessing my Disney account with my usual sign-in. My email is [redacted], but I am not receiving any communication to select a movie or access the website. Additionally, an unauthorized charge was made to my checking account, leading to an overdraft fee of $35. I am unsure what this charge is for and haven't received any email notifications about it. This situation has never occurred in my previous experiences with the movie club. I would like the shipments to stop, and I request a refund for the movie charge and the $35 overdraft fee to be credited back to my bank account. I was billed for a movie, "[redacted] Dalmatians," which I never agreed to as it was never presented to me. After discovering it was set up for monthly recurring charges, I advised my bank, Wells Fargo, to block this payment. I will now need to obtain a new card, update my information with all relevant parties, and switch to the new card number due to this incident that has eroded my trust. As a result, I have decided to close my Club account.

I attempted to order the 3 movies for 1.99 each as part of a promotional deal to receive a gift card. I selected the Disney movie to complete the offer but ended up getting charged twice, once for $33 and another time for $5 on two separate occasions. I recently noticed a charge on my Capital One [redacted] checking account statement from the Disney Movie Club, a subscription I never signed up for. After confirming with my family members that none of them made this purchase using my debit card, I immediately contacted my bank. I have altered my pin number for added security. However, I am awaiting a refund for this unauthorized transaction. If my personal information was indeed used to subscribe to the club, I demand that the membership be canceled due to identity theft/fraud concerns.
