I sent in the paperwork for a movie, not current feature movies. I cannot order anything until the first of the month. You have overdrawn my checking account and have cost me over $** plus overdraft fees. I am asking you put the money back into my account and allow me to re order the movie I had sent the card in for. My attorney is extremely upset that you have not fulfilled your end of the commitment by allowing other movies to be purchased instead of making me pay for the * featured items. I am on disability and cannot afford mistakes made by others!
