I just completed a cruise on the Disney Magic under reservation * ******** - room ***** - Angel and Carmen Molina**On the cruise, all ** guest pre-booked our next cruise. The person handling our pre-booking was Darko from Canada. He assured all of us that our information was entered and that they had only to process our deposit once computers were back up.**I called Disney to book the * night cruise - March **, **** Eastern Caribbean and was told that our pre-booking was not showing up in the computer so needed to email you. I am gold member status and have always pre-booked onboard and find this error very upsetting. **I need this error corrected immediately since my son has already booked under reservation ********* Michael Molina and need to reserve the connecting room *****.**Urgently awaiting your reply in order to resolve this matter as I find this error unexceptable.**Sincerely,*Carmen Molina****-***-****
