I had a frustrating experience at your TXH50 location when I went for a free air check. Despite following instructions, I was accused by the manager of cutting the line, which was not the case. The confrontation made me very upset. Another associate, David Stewart, helped me get the District Manager's contact information, but the manager's unprofessional behavior left me questioning whether I would return for any services in the future.

I recently had new tires installed on my [redacted] GMC Sierra truck on January 11th, [redacted]. Although I was initially informed that the installation would take around 30 minutes, I ended up waiting for over an hour. During my wait, I observed several employees chatting and one person doing all the work. To add to my frustration, they informed me that they broke a lug off the rear of my truck. I inquired if they used any penetrating lube before starting the tire replacement, and they confirmed they did not. I suggest that all stores start using this method before conducting their work. Subject: Price Match Inquiry Hello, I am interested in purchasing tires from your website, but I have found a cheaper price on eBay for the same tires. I have been trying to find a link to request a price match or email customer service about this, but I have not received a response yet. I need to make this purchase soon because there is a rebate expiring tomorrow, and the store is closed today. Unfortunately, eBay does not ship the tires to the store. Several days ago, I went to have my tire checked and replaced, knowing it needed a new one. The staff member suggested waiting to see how the tire fared the next day instead of replacing it right away, which I wasn't pleased with. When I returned the next day, my experience was disappointing. The man at the front desk was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me, even after finishing his call and taking another one. Looking out at the mechanic area, I saw them just hanging out instead of working. I was so frustrated that I left. I've spent a lot of money on tires for my Mercedes and Ford pickup at this establishment, and the customer service has never been this poor before. Since the switch from Tire Engineers to Mavis with new management, the service has declined. I hope they can offer me some good discounts or something to make up for this terrible experience.

On July 3rd, I brought two vehicles to Discount Tire for service. After getting a new set of tires for my [redacted] CTS Coupe, I noticed the left front rim was badly gouged and all four wheels had hard-to-remove black grease on them. Discount Tire in [redacted] refinished the wheels, but it took 2 1/2 days. Although I was satisfied with the refinish, I was disappointed that a similar incident occurred with my girlfriend's car. On a separate occasion, I had my [redacted] Chevrolet Silverado's tires rotated, and I discovered a scratch on the truck's tint. Despite bringing it to their attention, the staff did not take responsibility for the damage. I ended up paying $75 to have the window retinted and believe their policy should change regarding accountability for damages while handling customers' vehicles. As a loyal customer who has purchased multiple sets of tires from Discount Tire without issue, experiencing two incidents in one day was concerning. I submitted a forum post earlier, but I'm unsure if it was received as my screen went blank. I recently had new tires installed on my [redacted] Cadillac CTS and all four wheels were covered in black grease, proving difficult to clean. Additionally, one wheel was significantly damaged. Although Discount Tire refinished the wheel satisfactorily, I was disappointed by the inconvenience caused by having my girlfriend's car go through the same issue. When I brought in my [redacted] Chevrolet Silverado for a tire rotation, the tint was scratched. Despite being told it was not related to the tire service, I believe accountability should be taken when driving customers' cars. The re-tint cost me $75, and I am seeking reimbursement for this unexpected expense. Dealing with both these incidents on the same day at the [redacted] store in Arlington, Texas has been frustrating. I purchased four Michelin tires from Maverick using X51846. However, there was an issue with my Synchrony Discount Card while trying to pay for the P255-65-R18 Michelin Defenders for my [redacted] Chevrolet Traverse. Synchrony confirmed the card was active and had no outstanding balance, but the charge didn't go through. Maverick is working on resolving this with Synchrony. I'm looking to ensure the tires are ordered at the Black Friday Sale price and to know when they will be delivered to [redacted] Lappans Road in Boonsboro, Maryland. In June [redacted], I purchased a full set of tires. Through multiple pressure checks, all seemed fine until a recent check revealed one rear tire consistently low. After inspection, a nail was found and promptly repaired. On leaving, I was advised of the need for an alignment and front tires reaching critical wear, which surprised me as this was never communicated during previous checks. Faced with the task of addressing this, I inquired about booking the recommended services, only to be informed they were not offered at the location. This situation left me questioning the alignment policy post-tire installation and seeking advice on potentially acquiring two more tires and scheduling an alignment elsewhere to resolve this issue.
