Hello*I have a problem that neither myself or the vendor know what to do about. I purchased a DVD, put in the payment info (credit card) and waited for his invoice which he sent the same day (********). Then I noticed on his website that I had a message. This was on ********. It said he hadn’t received payment. I checked with the credit card company just now and he’s right. There hasn’t been a charge to Discogs since *******. So the issue is this. I placed the order, he invoiced me, but never got any money. I think the best thing to do is cancel this order and order it again. What are your thoughts on this? One last thing. Since the pandemic started I haven’t had access to my email, so a response via email won’t work. If you could respond through this site or text me at ***-***-**** that would be great. *Thanks much*Greg
