I cannot sign into my account. I attempted to change my password three days ago and ever since I have been locked out. None of my attempts to set a new password and sign in result in a successful sign in. I have now attempted to sign in on * different devices and every time there is either an incorrect message at the end of the process, or during the log in part of the process something happens and the caps lock gets turned on so that I can’t enter the right password. This is not a problem I have with signing into any other site. I even downloaded the app and tried to sign in using Facebook using a password that I know to be correct, and that failed too.*I REALLY rely on this account for a large part of my income, so this is causing me a considerable amount of distress.
GetHuman-danrmelc did not yet indicate what Discogs should do to make this right.
