Hello Discogs, I recently received an email from the Discogs database regarding a submission I made. They suggested some minor changes that need to be addressed in the listing for "Never Say Goodbye" by Leif Totusek. The feedback includes correcting errors, removing the biography from the notes section, fixing capitalization in titles, and moving credits to the appropriate section. On February 2, [redacted], I placed an order (#[redacted]) on Discogs with the seller using the account name "mahssacre." I purchased The Mandrake Memorial - Puzzle (LP, Album, Ltd, RE, [redacted]) from Wah Wah Records - WDLX001. Despite waiting a month after payment and reaching out multiple times due to the order not being marked as "shipped," I didn't receive any updates from the merchant. After reporting the seller for being unresponsive, they mentioned issues finding the record and offered a refund or to ship it promptly. More delays followed, so I requested a refund, leading to sporadic responses. Despite assurances of refunds, no money appeared in my accounts even after multiple attempts to communicate and escalate the issue. I'm frustrated with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from mahssacre on Discogs. My priority is to retrieve my refund, but I feel actions should be taken against the seller for repeated issues faced by other users.

I'm reaching out because I recently purchased a record, Mastodon's "Leviathan" mustard yellow vinyl edition. Despite confirming twice prior to buying that I was getting the mustard version, I received the wrong record. I am requesting either a full refund or the correct album in pristine condition as listed. My order number is #[redacted]-[redacted], and the seller is Vancouversouthpaw. If they require the incorrect record back, they must cover the shipping costs, as I clearly ordered the mustard yellow vinyl edition, as shown in my account messages. My username is wooorazorbacks, and the refund amount is $29.75. Please rectify this error promptly. Thank you.

I tried logging in but must have entered my password incorrectly, leading to being temporarily disabled. Although it stated 10 minutes, it has now been closer to 30-40 minutes. I attempted resetting my password, which I found in the app on my tablet, but the disabled login screen on my laptop remained unchanged. Despite clearing my browser cache and cookies, the issue persisted. Trying on both my tablet and an alternate browser on my laptop did not resolve the problem. Restarting my computer twice did not help either. Currently, I am unable to contact customer support through the website due to the login issue. It appears that the entire IP address might be blocked from accessing the site. I am uncertain about the true duration of the disablement.

I purchased a record from a seller on your platform, and unfortunately, they shipped it to my old address linked to PayPal instead of the address I provided for shipping, which was my son's address. I have contacted the seller, but they insist on following the address listed on PayPal. In my experience with other online platforms like Amazon, I am able to specify a different shipping address regardless of the associated account details. This purchase was meant to be a birthday gift, and the seller has not been responsive in resolving the issue. I am concerned about not receiving the item I paid $50 for and would like a refund. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

The seller Loveithian has not sent me the CD Sex Pistols-Live at Winterland despite my payment. I waited a month after approving the money release. They mentioned being busy. After a month, they claimed the money was not taken out. I believed I paid. I sent a message that was later shown in their feedback. The seller got upset and asked me to remove it. They also threatened higher shipping rates. I had to purchase the CD elsewhere. I want a refund and an apology. I observed the PayPal transaction deducted from my account a month back. I want communication about this matter via email in my inbox. My experience was unfair, and I feel like I've lost my money.

Earlier today, I registered for an account on Discogs. The website promised to send a verification code to my email so I could start using the account. Unfortunately, I never received the verification email despite requesting it to be resent. I followed the advice to change my email address and tried to receive the code again, but still no luck. This is frustrating because I need to buy a gift on Discogs, but I can't do so without the account being verified. I checked the email addresses multiple times, and they are correct. I have received other emails from Discogs, so the issue doesn't seem to be on my end. Is there another way to verify my account, or could you check if the codes were actually sent? Thank you, Laura.

Hello, I recently sold a CD to a buyer who requested to cancel the order due to a missing cover not mentioned in the description. I thought by canceling the order, the payment would automatically be refunded, but that did not happen. The buyer has not received the refund and prefers it to show as "refund sent" on their end. I tried looking up how to issue a proper refund through Discogs or PayPal, but since I canceled the order, the "send a refund" button on Discogs is not highlighted. Hello, I have been facing an issue with a seller for months. When the problem started, I reached out to you with no reply. The seller exceeded the 90-day timeframe and refused to send me the record. Despite their original claim of "no additional shipping," they later charged me for shipping. After multiple exchanges, the correct shipping invoice was provided. To make the shipping worthwhile, I added another record to my order and paid the adjusted shipping charge. However, my account was not updated. Even after requesting a status change for my order and receiving no response, my account was marked as an unpaid buyer. Eventually, the status was corrected. I agreed to substitute the original record with others of equivalent value when the seller couldn't find it. Only one of the replacements was incorrect, leading to more delays and unfulfilled promises from the seller to send the correct one. After various unsuccessful attempts to resolve this, I am seeking advice from Discogs or considering contacting PayPal. I hope for a personalized response. Hello, I placed an order #[redacted]-23 on November 6. I received an invoice for 8 euros and paid through PayPal. Subsequently, I received another invoice for shipping costs, which were 15 euros. I tried to pay the total of 23 euros using PayPal, but I couldn't complete the payment. After contacting PayPal, I found out that I had already paid the initial 8 euros to the vendor. They instructed me to pay the remaining 15 euros separately. I followed their advice and made the payment. Now, after 24 hours, the payment has been processed, but the purchase hasn't been updated. This situation is causing me some concern as I haven't encountered any issues before. I hope this gets resolved soon; otherwise, I may need to open a dispute with PayPal. Thank you.

Buona sera, ho acquistato un vinile che mi è arrivato rotto. Dopo aver contattato il venditore e mandato le foto, mi ha risposto che l'oggetto era stato spedito integro. Il giorno seguente è andato alle poste per esporre il problema, ma non hanno fornito una risposta chiara. Il venditore ha proposto di risolvere la questione facendomi fare un nuovo acquisto nel suo negozio, pagando le spese di spedizione, e includendo una copia gratuita del vinile rotto. Trovo questa proposta ingiusta, considerando che sarei costretto a spendere ulteriori soldi dopo aver già perso 22€. Se dovessi restituire il disco rotto, temo di non ricevere una sostituzione. Ritengo che la soluzione corretta sarebbe stata far riavere il vinile danneggiato senza dare la colpa, e spedire immediatamente una nuova copia gratuita per mantenere la soddisfazione del cliente. Data la modesta somma in gioco, penso che questa situazione dovrebbe risolversi in modo adeguato. Come mi suggerite di procedere?

Seller refuses to acknowledge that the item received does not match the description provided. I possess visual evidence to support my claim. I request a full refund and ask for the seller to cover the return shipping costs. They have been uncooperative, communicating nonsensically, and provoked me into using inappropriate language resulting in my suspension. It seems this was a deliberate action to cause trouble. I seek your assistance in resolving this matter and obtaining the refund owed to me for the CD "Atomkraft (Total Metal, A Neat Anthology)" which was returned three weeks ago via mail following a strike, potentially causing delays. Around 3 weeks ago, I placed an order with a seller named 'Sounds of Suburbia' for a Miles Davis album on vinyl. Shortly after, I received an email suggesting I pay in cash instead of through traditional methods. I contacted your team to express my preference to purchase the product new and not proceed with the initial payment. It appears that neither of my messages have been received as I continue to receive slightly discouraging emails from Discogs. I kindly request to stop receiving such emails in the future and to ensure my reputation is not harmed in any way, though being labeled a 'bad buyer' is not the worst outcome. I received an email from Discogs requesting feedback for two recent purchases, but I am waiting for the sellers to leave feedback first before I do. In my experience on eBay since August [redacted], I always wait for the seller to leave feedback before I do as a buyer. I believe feedback should be given by the seller once payment is made. I have maintained a [redacted]% rating on eBay as both a buyer and seller for years. Since I have not seen any specific guidance from Discogs on feedback etiquette, I find the emails prompting me to leave feedback unnecessary.

Discogs banned my account, claiming a connection to another banned user. I previously worked at the same store as the banned user but am no longer associated with them. Despite reaching out via email and speaking to a community support representative, my account remains banned. I have no current connection to the banned user and am eager to have my account reinstated. My account is for personal use only, and I have not breached any rules. The lack of resolution and the runaround I've received from Discogs has left me feeling very disappointed.

I am unable to access my account after attempting to reset my password three days ago. Despite multiple attempts to set a new password, I am consistently locked out. Even on different devices, my sign-in efforts result in incorrect messages or issues like the caps lock being mistakenly activated, preventing me from entering the correct password. This problem does not occur with any other website, including my failed attempts to sign in via Facebook through the app. Since this account is crucial for a significant portion of my income, I am deeply troubled by this situation.

I am having trouble logging in using my Facebook account information. It worked this morning at 9 am local time, but not anymore at 11:30 am local time. Is there a way to switch my login method from Facebook to using a new username and password? I attempted to do so twice without success. I am feeling very frustrated. Hi Liz, I've received what I believe is unfair feedback twice on discdogs. The first time, a member named Gas-Face lured me in with a record priced at $11.99 but later invoiced me for $30-35. I refused to pay. On the most recent order, the customer claimed shipping was $16 for two records, but after I requested their policy, they lowered it to $12 without sending me the policy as requested. Despite waiting for further communication over the weekend, I received negative feedback for being a "deadbeat" when I tried to pay. I consider the seller to be the one lacking in communication by not using the form provided by discdogs.
