Hello, I have been dealing with an issue with a seller for months. In the very onset of the issues, I contacted you guys with no response. I’ve had numerous problems with this seller and he pushed the time frame over the ** day line and basically washed his hands of sending me the record I requested. Initially, the sellers post stated the price and claimed “no additional shipping”, so I paid the posted price. He then billed me for the posted price * shipping. I felt like I made a mistake and decided to pay shipping after I requested him to correctly invoice me. After, many exchanges I got the correct shipping invoice. So, to make the shipping more worth it for me, I bundled another record and paint the second record invoice plus the new much smaller shipping charge. He then never updated my account. After I sent several requestes to change the status of the order and no response, my account went under the status of unpaid buyer. He then changed it. After some more time (maybe a week) I recieved a message saying that the he can’t find the record I ordered originally and asked what I wanted to do about it. I was really disappointed considering that was the album I was primarily interested in, but I chose equivalent value records as a replacement. I finally received the records almost more than a month later and one of the replacement records was the wrong one. So again he asked what I wanted to do about it. I told him that he could send me the one I requested and to refund me the price of shipping the wrong one back. He then decided to let me keep the incorrect record and said he would send me the right one. I never received it and after contacting him regularly he would make up excuses that he needs to check with the guys who ships them for him to get the number. Several excuses later and promises that he will do it. Nothing. Sick of dealing with this. I have tried many time to call discogs and message with only some completely impersonal, general response. Should I contact PayPal? I need some advice from Discogs. Please have a human being respond. You can fact check all of this by reviewing our communications.**Thanks,**Ryan
