My Direct Express card says there is a new version of the Direct Express app available then it says to upgrade to the latest version I click "ok" and then it says if your card ends in "****" and then is says the application is only for cardholders whose card number begins with ******, which my card does, then why can't I get into my Direct Express app to check my balance and my last transactions? I am very confused, I have not gotten any mail regarding this matter or an email regarding this matter.
