Well I simply misplaced or even perhaps lost my direct express card that has my ssi benefits coming to it. I've tried talking to someone before with card services and they keep asking me about a photo copy of my ID and My Ssi card front and back to an email to authenticate who I am. **I truly don't get it. I've already given and shown proof from the first time I've applied for the card already in your company computers and archives so why the **** should I go through all that **** once again just to get a card replaced and sent to a different address?
