stop payment on my card ... I ordered a free covid kit as I am having symptoms and it advertised as free except S&H at *.** as soon as I put card info in and sent it immediately charged my card ***.**, I tried immediately to contact direct express to deny the charge as it was pending , I have been on the line for * hour ** minutes so far and meanwhile they take the second *.** !!! I can not afford this and need this refunded, if I wasnt sick I never would have done it but the test in NY are expensive if you have no insurance to cover it. I tried this as apposed to infecting my family and friends! Please help!
they take hours to answer a phone call

repeated calling to both companies noone answers
