Help with my Direct Express issue

I sent my * ID verification to the website given and still haven't heard back and I need a new card for my social security check and still have no clue if the website worked

GetHuman-shawnabo did not yet indicate what Direct Express should do to make this right.

I had to call over and stay on hold for a while but I sent my ID n got it verified and after that it was easy they jus needed few questions answered n they unlocked my card n within minutes it was fixed
